We are so impressed with this company. We paid a different HVAC company come diagnose our two separate systems (one for upstairs and one for downstairs). The technician from the other company refused to go into the crawl space to probably diagnose our problem. He took a guess. The other company told us they were ordering the part, then said they could order the part because they didn’t have the serial number. They only seemed interested in selling us a new HVAC system.

Damaged my house and still have not repaired it after almost a year and calling regularly. They installed it new and did not clean the condensate drain and It leaked on my ceiling they damaged my crawl space hatch and cracked the ceiling and no one will ever call me back.... this company is poorly run the owners will not even talk to me I was even willing to accept compensation to have my own contractor repair it and no response just we will call you back... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY....

Great experience all around! This was my first time going through a HVAC issue in my home and it was a solid experience throughout. Started from an initial conversation with Ronnie who handled my every question like a champ thus leading to me setting up an appointment. Sarah was the service tech who came to the house, very respectful and knowledgeable, was able to find and diagnose the issue I had with my unit, turned out to be a busted coil. Explained to me that my system was obsolete and it would be in the best interest of the house and health of my family to install an all new hvac system. Placed

They screwed my 80 year old mother out of $2000- left her hanging for weeks during the heat of the summer then when we finally called another company which had to install a whole new unit - we called BBB with a complaint and waited for them to make this right but they never even called back!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I still cannot believe that… they did not even have the decency to call back - my poor momma had to eat the $2K she spent with them then dish out another $6K to get a whole new unit (which should have been done in the first place) I will tell everyone I can NEVER to use this

Recently moved into a new home whose builder used this company. Because of poor installs, I've had to place many services calls to repair leaky sinks, the garbage disposal, and dishwasher installation. A defective outside dryer vent was haphazardly shoved on (not even secured) without a cover or flap, and after failed attempts to have it corrected I escalated my issue to one of the current owners who promised it would be corrected with 48 hour, but to no avail. My husband hired this company to add a large metal shroud to our new heating/cooling unit. They came to estimate and returned within a few days to do the job. The shroud itself looked fine and was attached well to the furnace but was not sealed well to the wall of our home and would have allowed rain, rodents, bugs, etc in. I called the company and spoke Erin (sorry if misspelled), she happily took my information. That evening I received a call from Ronnie, he said he would send the tech Dale to check it out and he did. I would like to give no stars at all. Called June 1st of 2015 and stated that our AC wasn't cooling the house. Two weeks went by, then three, then four.....All this time our AC was working around the clock, even on 70 degree days. Called several times making sure they still had us on the schedule. Was blatantly lied to by the girl who answered the phone, stating that they were extremely backed up. We were patient. It was the summer. We understood.
