These women are amazing! I've been having issues with my new apartment that I just moved into & there was a definite need for a deep clean & they did just that. They are so sweet and efficient. My apartment feels like new. They got hair dye stains (from the last tenant) out from the sink surface, rust from the tub, rust & mold on the toilet seat and more. Took every screen out to clean & moved our fridge, oven, and couch to get behind. I highly recommend them!

The ladies did a great job cleaning our house! We live in a student house so it's not the cleanest but they really turned it around and did it very quickly but thoroughly. They also wore shoe covers (upon request) and masks inside.
We asked for 5 areas of our home to be cleaned:
-2 vacant rooms for move in
-kitchen
-2 bathrooms
All areas were worked on at the same time so it was very efficient!

The cleaners of Early Birds House Cleaning were very efficient and thorough with their work! I requested two rooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen to be cleaned. They were able to clean areas of the bathroom that I was never able to reach and remove difficult stains I had in the oven. I was so surprised at how spotless the rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were afterwards. Overall I was very impressed with this company and the work they put into cleaning our house :)

Strong start and downhill after that. Had monthly service. First 2 times a crew of 4 people arrived and did a great job in two hours. The 3rd time a crew of 3 came for the same 2 hours. Result was, of course, less satisfactory. The 4th time a crew of 2 showed up, again for the same 2 hours. Needless to say by this time the job was nowhere near the original results. When we complained to Mark about the deterioration of the services for the same price, his response was, 'thanks for the feedback." We feel this was a "bait and switch." 3.5 stars, good job. If you grew up like I did, with your mother teaching you to clean corners with a toothbrush, you’ll probably be disappointed I with this cleaners. But if you just want it to be generally clean, they’re perfectly fine. I just realized that this is the second time we had a household have used this company. When I called and spoke with Mark I told him specifically I wanted the inside and outside of my windows cleaned, and I was dissatisfied with the company I used before who said outdoor windows was a man’s job. The results were pretty good, the company does well, when it comes to cleaning. However,
1) They showed up late to the appointment, 1.5 hrs
2) Was overcharged for the deep cleaning with no explanation
3) The crew asked to use my microwave, they said they had not taken a lunch break
4) They used my Dyson vacuum for the entire job without asking
I'm going to try a different company next time

Prompt, reliable, good communication and good work. Hired Early Birds through Yelp to clean a disgusting condo I rented for my father in law. Setting up the appointment was easy, they shows up w a crew and spent 5 hours disinfecting and cleaning this empty condo. I agree w the other reviews, their quote in person was about twice the quote they provide prior to seeing it. All said and done it was still worth the money.

Loved that the cleaners wore masks and ready to start on time; they were thorough, and paid attention to detail.
Mark, owner, is very fair and reasonable in pricing the job and I highly recommend this company in the Orange County and neighboring areas.

The cleaning job was decent. But I had to put everything back in order...shower bottles, conditioner, soap, etc were not put back into the niches in any of the bathrooms, my alexas were left unplugged, my throw blankets were not on their correct furniture, none of the decorative items on the countertops (bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, dining) were put back correctly so I had to go through the whole house and fix, even furniture was out of place, wall pictures were crooked. I've never had to do post-cleaning after a cleaning job. As such, I wouldn't use them again.

This is a long overdue review. I did a deep cleaning with early birds including the windows and the screens. They had an army of cleaners i think like 5-6 ppl doing everything. There were some hiccups like lil rips on my window screen, but I called them and the owner/manager was very responsive and came back to replace them and redid a couple spots they missed. It was sparking cleaning and even though there were some issues, I'm willing to overlook that bc they have been so customer oriented and resolved the problem right away. Highly recommend

The Early Bird team came to do a deep clean of our home after the previous owners moved out & although there were boxes everywhere, they organized them& told me don't worry about it they got it! Lucy was amazing & sweet, they got here 15mins before scheduled to be here to do walk thru & I could tell they knew exactly what needed to be done without me going thru every little detail& my house is just amazing! I hired Early Birds House Cleaning to do a deep clean as well as a carpet clean for a move out as my goal was to get my full security deposit back:) Lucy showed up promptly at 9am and did a walk through in order to provide me with an exact quote prior to the crew cleaning the house. She also provided me with the option of adding on windows if I wanted them to do my windows.

I am sooooooo mad with this merchant, 4 hours late. They ruined my Saturday.
I booked my service 3 weeks before the cleaning day which it's not a last-minute call. My appointment was at 1 pm. At 9 am, Mark called and said: they are running "a little bit" late. I thought it was 20-30 mins so I was totally fine with that. I waited for 2 more hours. At 3 pm, Mark call again and said they will arrive around 4:15-4:30. I became pissed because they were supposed

I am blown away by the work Vivian and her girls did on my house today! We are renters, so we haven't given the house as much attention as we should. We also have 3 (yes, three) huskies, so our house was a dirty, fluffy disaster zone. They just left and I am astonished and how shiny and sparkly clean everything is! The kitchen counters are white again! I hadn't considered it before, but I will be reaching out to Early Birds for regular, smaller cleanings. 5-stars! Plus some!

Mark was great to work with. In Mid April, he helped with scheduling a move out cleaning for my apartment at Park Place (Irvine company). He even helped with providing document that the work was done (Irvine company tried to charge excessive amounts when I moved out).
Only downside was the phone quote was lower then the quote in person on the day of the cleaning.
The place looked great when Lucy and her team were done cleaning. I would definitely recommend! Thanks for your help!

When I first inquired supported the reviews from Mark list, they were VERY prompt and professional. He responded within 24 hours with a full quote. He gave us a really fair quote and was ready to schedule us in quickly. They arrived exactly once they said they might and did an incredible job. He was so professional. i might use this company again needless to say . Highly recommend him!
