The Technician can give you a copy of the TV inspection of the sewer or drain lines upon customer request. Our Technicians can clean the roots out of your sewer pipe and show you with our TV camera inspection that your drain pipes are cleaned thoroughly. After having your sewer and drain lines unclogged and thoroughly cleaned we can see low spots that can be the cause of your sewer and drains clogging up.
We can fix your old plumbing with our no dig sewer repair with out having to disturb the ground at all, this is a liner that uses a two part epoxy that will make the liner stronger than PVC once cured it will reline your old sewer pipe. The liner will have no joints it will be one continuous piece of pipe, Roots can not penetrate through the liner once its cured.

Called them for service. They couldn't come out for 3 days, which was fine. I called the day before our scheduled appt to confirm and was told we didn't have an appointment. They had all of our info, but somehow managed to not put the appointment in their calendar. So they called us back with a time frame of 9-11 am the next morning. We also received a confirmation text. At about 11:10, given that they had made a mistake before, I called to confirm. I was told that she would have to contact the worker to find out when he would be here. I told her that if they can't do the job, to just tell me so

Firstly the office staff were trying and are not to blame. Horrible service the tech came 2.5 hours late didnt fix anything and damaged the home as well as cut pipes that we were able to unscrew and fix their shotty work. Put me on hold after i called first thing in the am they never got back to me. I highly recommend you never use them for anything.

I purchased a new house in Grand Rapids and call Budget on Monday 1/7 to come scope the main lines to make sure they were clear. I was told by the rep that they could come the same day and it would be $195 which was great. I let them know it was my wife that was going to be home. They sent someone from their "parter" company Whitney Electric and plumbing. It was like the tech and the rep who schedule the apt never communicated. The tech ended up using a camera to see if the lines had any issues instead of just clearing them, charged us $280 for the camera and $85 trip fee - $365 total. The rep

I called Budget Drain and they listened to my plumbing issues and had a suggestion right away. They called me back within 10 minutes and schedule me for about an hour out. Same day service and very prompt!
The workers that showed up were dressed in logoed uniforms (which is nice anytime a stranger comes to a house) and we're very polite and worked quickly.
The checkout process was swift as well and emailed me a receipt for my records.
I would highly recommend them if you ever need drain cleaning services.
