Stephen Prater Builders is a family that works for you as if they were the owner of the hotel. They are professional and very responsive. As one can imagine in the process of building a hotel there are a lot of subs and workers to keep moving forward. Steve does that with serious intent to save the owners money and get the project done on time. He has suggestions from the pre-construction to the finish that are always fort the benefit of the owners to get the most for their investment. We would use Stephen Prater again on our next hotel development, if possible.
