We had a big issue with our kitchen and bathroom drains. Superior Plumbing and Drains were really prompt in getting back to us and scheduling a technician to come out. Paul did a wonderful job in unclogging our drains, explained the issues and process he took. Paul was also very friendly and engaging.

I highly recommend Superior Plumbing and Drains. They were prompt, professional and accurate in addressing my problem. The technician (Shane) did an excellent job replacing my pressure reducing valve that was located outside in a small and difficult to work in area. After completing the job, he checked and rechecked the pressure both inside and outside the house to make sure everything was just right. Shane was great! And so was my experience with Superior.

I called and was told it would be the next day before they could get to me which was fine. Got a call 15 minutes later saying they were able to be here in 10 minutes if that was ok. Mike was here 10 minutes later, checked out the problem, gave me my estimate and got to work. He got my leak fixed and was such a nice man. He had a great attitude and we had a bit if a talk while he was here. It was nice having a repair guy that answered my questions and explained everything. I will definitely call Superior again for my plumbing issues.

These guys are great. Very responsive. Jonathan did a great job repairing our old plumbing and getting us up and running again. He also did a great job setting up new lines for our kitchen remodel. Have had several other companies look at doing work and Superior is the best punctual, reasonable, on time. They will be my go to when things happen and in the future in this 105 yr old house.

I found this company on Angies List. We had a hole/crack in one of the pipe in our front yard. Jonathan came out and provided us with a quote within the same week. He was very professional, nice and upfront about the charges. The charges are VERY REASONABLE. This is the 3rd company that I got a quote from. On the day of the repairs, it was pouring rain and it rained all day. We really appreciate the guys working through the weather and still was keeping us in the loop each step of the way. We are very pleased with the services. I will definitely recommended this company to my friends and families

Johnathan came out on a weekend to install our new dishwasher. This was a difficult, non-standard install that required cutting and replacing old plumbing and he did a spectacular job. Not only that, he visited our house as promised even though the job required him to work late on a Sunday and forgo tucking in his children for the night. Spectacular plumber and A1 customer service! He and they are highly recommended.
