Our knowledgeable office staff will assist you in scheduling no-obligation estimate and guaranteed same day service by our well-trained plumbing technicians.
The sewer pipe transports waste waters from all your household drains into the city sewer line or a septic tank. The sewer pipes' improper function can be caused by deterioration, mechanical damages and tears, clogging or misalignment. A clog in the sewer line can lead to floods in your home or waste backing up into some of the drains or toilet.
A video camera inspection is recommended if you are experiencing sewer or drain clogs over and over again. The sewer inspection will easily find any obstructions, clogs, leaks, offset joints, inadequate grade or breakage in the pipes. The sewer pipe video cameras allow for a visual inspection of drains and sewer lines transmitting a real time high-resolution image to the control monitor.
If you have a septic tank, located higher than the building of further than septic tank itself. If you have any type of plumbing fixture in a part of the house which is below the main sewer or septic line grade. This includes laundry rooms, bathrooms, toilets, and sinks in the basement. Usually the sewer pump is located in a sump basin or septic tank which collects a specific amount of waste waters.

We called after a referral from a co-worker and could not have been happier. Dobri, the Technician came out on the day we called. He was on time and extremely professional. Replacement was scheduled for the next day. He called kept us informed about an earlier arrival. He was in and out in no time. Clean, professional and on time a very hard find these days. We will ONLY use Carolina Plumbing and hopefully see Dobri again. Highly recommend !!

Might be good at plumbing but awful at driving and thankfully I pay attention or they would have ran right into me. White pickup truck, I guess when you have your own business it’s screw everyone else and let me just cut someone off no signal no slowing down nothing. So if you get these people and have kids, make sure they aren’t playing outside

Had my toilet and shower repaired as well as a leaking pipe. They are very responsive, professional and efficient. Nice quality of work. The two gentlemen who performed the work were very understanding and handled everything professionally. I would definitely recommend them again. I’m extremely happy with Carolina Plumbing Pros. They gave me honest and fast service. Sam was able to accommodate me in his busy schedule quickly. Other plumbers can be dishonest and will rob you dry, these guys will give you a reasonable price for the best quality work. You really should not use anyone else.

I didn't leave many reviews but I have to say, these guys are fantastic. This is the second time we have used them (first time to install gas fireplace) and both times they are quick to get here, explain thoroughly and leave no trace of having been in the house (because they are clean!). I had tons of questions about the fireplace and they helped make sure I got the right one to replace the old. And today we called about a possible leak and were here within an hour. They gave an honest evaluation, fixed what they could and the value was great! We've had 2 different plumbers out for our issues and

Scott and Samuel were very professional and know exactly what to do to find my slab leak which was in the hot water side, they quickly were able to give me options on re-routing the pipe, since this was not the first time I had a slab leak. This is the 2nd time I have called them, and will call them again to re-route the pipe/ I appreciate honesty and integrity. And this always makes a customer to call back.
