My name is David Parker, and I have been in the plumbing business for three decades. I have extensive knowledge in all aspects of the plumbing trade. We provide plumbing services to residential, commercial and industrial clients. I currently hold a Master PI License for the states of North and South Carolina and have been in business here since 1997.

ER plumbing Services had a plumber at my house to evaluate a leaking hot water heater 90 minutes after I called them on a Sunday evening. Brennan was attentive and punctual, he got the job done and scheduled the delivery and installation of a new hot water heater within 24 hours. You can’t do better than that. Reggie did a great job taking care of the plumbing issues. We had multiple tubs/sinks to look at and he was in and out, even waited on me briefly to meet him. I've used ER Plumbing on our rental before and this is the first time using them on my primary home but will continue to do so! Would recommend, fair in pricing and everything is now working fine.

Our serviceman Garrett was exceptional. First time using this company but, they came highly recommended by several people. Very pleased at the response time especially since we called after hours on a weekend. Garrett explained everything before it was done and gave a very fair on-site estimate of what our costs would be based on possible inspection scenarios. Garrett was punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and very polite. So nice to get this kind of service when customer service these days is pretty much nonexistent. Kudos to ER Plumbing and especially Garrett!

Garrett (and his partner) for ER Plumbing were excellent. Replaced water heaters and a basement grinder lift pump. Repaired several little problems as well. They did their work with skill and pride. Answered my questions and made some really helpful suggestions. Extremely professional. Definitely the kind of team members any employer would go a long way to retain these days. Can’t say enough about the work Garrett did and this experience with ER. I’ll be calling them in the future.

Taylor arrived on time and with a mask on. Not only was he super knowledgeable but he was also friendly. He took his tome to really troubleshoot my issue without trying to upsell me things I didn't need. I thought the estimate was fair and I believe the diagnostic was done with a sense of, this is how I would want to be treated." I appreciated the work he did and would highly recommend this company. The customer service was fantastic; they communicated throughout the whole process. I also like how they send a photo and brief bio if the technician coming to your home prior to their arrival

The customer service was great and they came out the same night to look at a water heater. I can't give them a better review because their cost was outrageous. $2,000 to replace a water heater in the garage was twice what it should have been. I was out of town and it was for one of my rental properties so I was in a bind. I would suggest finding someone cheaper if you have time to shop around.

First time using E.R. Services on one of my rental properties, and Josh from E.R. Services knocked it out of the park!!!
I was incredibly happy with Josh's analysis of the issue, walking me through the expected solution and potential outcomes and cost if Plan A or B didn't work and that I would be alerted directly if anything should escalate resulting in additional costs.
On top of what needed to be done, he went the extra way without asking to fix the little nuance things just because he was there.
I'm clearly going to directly ask for Josh going forward on any future call.

Dave answered my Yelp quote request for a plumbing issue in under 10 minutes. Reggie came within a couple hours on a Sunday evening and tried his best to diagnose the problem. Travis came out the next day with a bigger machine to try a different approach and was here for almost four hours. His sense of humor made the process much more enjoyable! He talked me through every approach he tried to clear the blockage and was very clear in explaining that we would ultimately need to replace a section of cast iron pipe with PVC. My review is based largely on the level of E.R. Plumbing's customer service.
My water heater was leaking badly from the top of the tank and I was able to figure out that the expansion tank that sits between the water heater and my water supply was punctured. I could've done the repair myself using a $40 replacement tank from a big box store, but ultimately I decided I didn't want to overlook anything.
A technician was able to come out that afternoon. I explained my issue and that I wanted them to install a new expansion tank (I did end up purchasing one myself) and also inspect

The owner, Dave P, did reach out to me. After a brief discussion he agreed with me that the initial charge was excessive for the particular situation, and he sent me a partial refund for our agreed amount.
it speaks very well for the company to have the interest to follow up and then to have an open mind about the issue and then to make a reasonable adjustment.
I will use again. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that it took my time and the owners extra time to reach a satisfactory price for the work done.

Had ER Plumbing convert my old tank water heater over to a Rinnai tankless unit. They were outstanding in every step of the process: setting up the appointment, getting the quote, scheduling the install, the install day itself, and the follow up. Mike and the install team were very knowledge and personable. I won't hesitate to call ER plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

This would be a five star rating if they would have taken their coupon. E.R. Plumbing had a $50 off your $200 repair web coupon. My bill was over $280 dollars. The plumber had to call his boss to see if they would take the coupon. They would not take the coupon because the repair part of the bill was only $195.00. Refusing the coupon was not a great way to gain customer loyalty. If the repair was 5 more dollars I would have been able to use the coupon. What stops them from always setting the repair price just below the coupon price. This is my second time using E.R. Despite the plumbers great

I was kind of disappointed to receive an estimate to repair a main line water leak in my front yard with no investigation or even looking for the leak. The leak was near the water meter in the lower part of my yard; 5FT x 5FT square area. With a shovel, I found the leak in about an hour digging up a 2FT x 2FT square area and spending $25 in parts to repair the leak myself. I will say the technician was very friendly, listened to my concerns and arrived when he said he would. I did receive a call from they office to inform me the technician was on his way. Customer service was good, but I suggest

Woke up to a flooded kitchen after washing clothes. My mother used ER in the past and she said to give them a call. I was connected to a plumber within 10 mins of my call. Jason H immediately knew what the issue was and was at my house in an hour. He spent about 20 minutes at my house and recommended some treatments to help assist me in the future. He also gave me pricing/estimates if they needed to come back out and fix what he thought were tree vines growing into the septic line. No free estimates. $69 to get a simple estimate. No thanks pal. In the age of competitiveness, that's not at all competitive. I don't have to know anything else about the company. If you start by charging what should be "your company" trying to get more business and customers, that's a very bad start. I'm definitely going somewhere else and keeping my $69 just for you to show up to my house and NOT do anything.
