I hired this contractor to fix my roof leaking problem last fall. The reason to pick this company is that their price is relatively low and their people didn't mind going inside the attic to check the problem. Everything seemed very smoothly but it still leaked after they fixed the problem. I called the company to check again and they just told me that was caused by structure problem and the leaking only happened during heavy rains. I didn't pay too much attention to the issue since I still have some trust on the company.

I received a referral to contact Douglas Roofing from another professional. The task at hand was completing several issues from a home inspection contingency checklist for the sale of my townhouse. However, the missing shingles was the most urgent as a storm was brewing. I called early in the morning and by noon I had an estimate. With my go ahead, the work was done the same day before close of business (and more importantly before the storm).
Not only did they complete the three items that needed repair from the contingency checklist, they fixed another minor issue and countered an issue

After 22 years, it was time for a new roof. We decided to call Douglas Roofing after seeing the great work that they did on a neighbor's house.
Scheduling a visit for their estimate was quick, and they took as much time as we needed to answer all of our questions. The work started soon after we accepted their proposal.
Their crew was amazing -- they worked hard and we're so pleased with the result. The new roof looks great and now we don't need to worry about wintery winds and rain!
