Super pleasant experience!
Fab Build Pro Delivered everything they said they would and got me a new roof through my insurance due storm damage.It did took quite some time to settle everything with insurance(it seems that's how industry is) but overall I am happy!
Great work ,great service, they gave me a lifetime warranty (40 years)on material and lifetime warranty on all workmanship.
Highly recommend!!

Fabio and his team are fantastic. Fabio worked with me for a year, fighting my insurance to get me a full roof repair, and not just the damage section I noticed after a wind storm. They fought tooth and nail for me. Unfortunately, insurance was uncooperative and stalled and got to the point where the damage I noticed was getting worse and we needed to get it fixed. Fab Build Pro didn't charge me anything until the work was done, and it was done beautifully and quickly.
I can't stress how appreciative I am of Fab Build Pro and their willingness to take the lead and fight my insurance

After calling around to get a few quotes - I'm so glad I found FBP. My roof was damaged from the storm and FBP's customer service from start to finish was exceptional! Very responsive and was punctual at both the initial quote appt. and the repair appt.
FBP was very transparent and gave me all the info I needed to know about my roof damage, which was so helpful in filing a claim with my insurance. My insurance basically covered the entire repair!
I got a beautiful new roof and didn't break the bank. That's a win-win situation, so definitely recommend FBP.

I'll start out with the good. They were initially very responsive and had very good communication. They were also able to come out the following day after I had initially contacted them which I appreciate. I sent them some pictures and specifically wrote that I was looking for at having my siding repaired as some of it had pulled off in the wind. When the representative showed up( a little late) . He informed me that he was the roofing guy and did not specifically handle siding. He did take several pictures of what I had sent the day before. Several hours later I received a follow up call

Fab Build Pro recently replaced the storm-damaged roof on our house, and they did a super job. Owners Fabio and Stefan and supervisor/coordinator John Paes worked effectively with the claims adjustor, the insurance company, and with us, and coordinated and performed a rapid and efficient repair. The job turned out to be a bit more complicated than originally planned (our house is not conventional), but the Fab Build Pro team kept the communications open and moved rapidly to finish the job, despite additional complications arising from the pandemic. We're EXTREMELY satisfied with the results

They performed a lot of maintenance on the area (hammering down shingles, applying sealant, etc) to prevent any future leaks and also made some great recommendations. And the result.. A fresh new looking roof!

If you're looking for someone to replace or fix your roof I highly recommend Fab Pro. My husband and I were nervous to use them because they're new, and don't have a lot of reviews.
