Joey Coble came to our home to service our furnace. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem with the furnace quickly. The furnace is over 30yo and showed some health and safety issues. Joey did not try to pressure us or over-sell. He simply gave us a list of options for repair or replacement. We opted for the latter and we are very pleased so far. The install should take place in 3 days.

We went with Air Treatment Inc even though they had one of the higher bids because it seemed like the salesman was more thorough and attentive, but as soon as they made the sale everything changed. The installation was sloppy and failed inspection the first time. It took months to get an inspection done and we were left with an extra hole in our wall that they covered with a dryer vent instead of repairing it properly with a thin brick. Phone calls and emails went unanswered several times. Then they kept telling us our Carrier rebate was coming when it wasn't. They were giving us a stock answer

Austin is extremely knowledgeable in his field and is very professional. He explained to me about the problem that he saw with the unit and what the cost would be. He called prior to his arrival and gave me an estimate time for that arrival. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs assistance with their air and heating systems and ask for Austin!

The technician, Austin, recommended a screen to keep leaves out of the AC unit when I asked how we could do this. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ordered the screen right away. I appreciated that he wore plastic booties over his shoes in the house. He vacuumed out the AC unit very well.

This company goes out of their way to help if needed. When we lost heat during a severe cold spell they had us cozy and warm the next day even had to go out of town for the parts but they made sure we had heat before nightfall.

Tara and Quon came out on a very hot and humid day to repair my ailing AC unit. It wasn’t so bad for me but my elderly golden retriever was panting in the heat. They both were very efficient and it was it interesting to watch how they ran their diagnostics to determine and fix the problem rather quickly. Both were very professional and personable. I plan to use Air Treatment for the future and hope either Tara or Quon will be the technicians that come out.
