Services
A small lot prohibited expansion of existing foot print. A new 2nd story was added to this lake side home, when the owner desired additional bedrooms & living space. The goal of the home owner was to enlarge the kitchen, add a downstair powder room and a new attached garage. Our goal was to add to the home while keeping the charm of the original home.
This house consits of a small footprint, however it has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, large great room overlooking the lake and a basement rec room. This home was constructed overlooking a beautiful vista of Keuka Lake. This full construction effort started from the bottom up and included all of DJ Builder's capabilities.
