The company began primarily as a project management and site excavation company. However we continuously expand and update our services and now proudly offer a lake frontage development division, within our company.

When we purchased land on Canandaigua Lake, we knew we had a big job ahead of us. The land that we purchased needed major modifications in order for it to be inhabitable. We needed a 2/3 of a mile road built on a fairly significant grade, and the land required major excavating in order to build a house.
