I did not actually use this contractor. We had a very small closet job. Like 2k. Most of the contractors we called either would not take the job because it was so small, or were booked up for months. I probably called 20 different companies trying to find someone. All turned me down. These guys turned the job down as well, but gave me the names of several subcontractors they use that would take a small job. One of them accepted the work and had the job done under budget and in less time than estimated. So very appreciative of this company for the recommendation.

We hired Sardone to remodel two baths, build a mudroom addition and a porch. They were always focused on our comfort and satisfaction, as well as doing quality work. Their designs were creative and beautiful. The project went a few weeks long, but largely due to the City of Dallas inspector delays. I would hire them again and recommend them highly!

My experience with Sardone Construction was worth every penny. Sardone was able to renovate my kitchen, dining, living spaces, and convert a bedroom into an office space within my budget. The entire process was made as feasible as possible, so as long as I was ready to make decisions. Initial walk through and discussion with Stephan Sardone got my needs communicated and was quick enough for me to return to work sooner than expected. Soon after, Nicole came over to take measurements and listen to my wants, needs, and concerns. When I revisited with Nicole, she had a few options for me to look at

We got several other quotes, but Sardone Construction got the job. They
designed and built our outdoor kitchen, living, oasis with a wood burning fireplace, new metal roof and beautiful cedar ceilings. The new space is beautiful. We really didn't know what to expect as first-time clients. The design service was extremely helpful. During the entire process, they were professional, detailed, and finished the job on time. They cleaned up at the end of each day and their crews were always professional and courteous. Their work is stunning. I'm so happy with our brand new outdoor living

Sardone Construction worked with me on two projects back to back. First, they did some light drywall repair, painting, and installation of some specialty lighting for art in my new home. Second, they did some heavy drywall repair and a complete interior paint job in the home I had just moved out of to prepare it for sale. There were a couple of issues in the final walk through and they came back and made good on the issues immediately. The quality of the work was to my satisfaction and I am a very particular consumer. Stephan is a great person who works extremely hard for his clients. I sadly was not able to go forth with renovations due to complications that had nothing to do with Stephan or his team. He worked really hard to assist me in securing the project, he did what he could to help me with issues that were arising. He was very patient with my complicated situation and was truly professional. If I ever have the opportunity for renovations, he is going to be my guy!

I had the pleasure of being introduced to Stephan Sardone via a mutual friend last year while I was building my tiny house on wheels. I used Sardone Construction to remodel the entire lower level of my condo. This was a fairly large undertaking which included a total remodel of the bathroom. I was so impressed with my project manager Bryan. He was very meticulous and detail oriented and made sure things were done correctly. All the workers were extremely respectful of me and my home during the renovation process. The final outcome is amazing!
