I called William Sellers Plumbing because water was spewing out the wall behind the washing machine. They came out to determine what the problem was. They came and charged me $135.00 for the visit. They said the problem was my septic tank. Note that they did not take the drywall off behind the washer. They pumped the septic tank and charged me $400.00 for this service. Still the water was leaking behind the washer so the problem was not fixed. Then they said that the problem was with the leach line for the septic tank and that this would cost $4,000. I then had a different plumber come and he came and took off the drywall where the leak was. He found a broken pipe and ran a rooter through the plumbing. This solved the problem with the water leak and also the smell that had been there is now gone. Note it wasn't a sewer smell. I have spoken to a number of people, including plumbers, who said they should have looked at where the leak was. They also said there was no evidence of a septic tank problem.

These people really saved us. At least 6 other companies were unable to come for several days, this company made time to come and pump my Mom's house and snake her main drain all within 4 hours of calling. Their cost was very reasonable. I feel lucky to have had them service is. Thank you

I rent a condo, they were hired to take care of two issues. The bath tube was a mess after they left. While there the looked at the kitchen faucet, advised me they could replace it with same one. But it would need to come back for to do the job. When scheduling for the faucet replacement. I stated I had to be some place at 5p. When they arrived, I was then told they could not get the same one, they worked on it. Now it is after 5p, they inform me, they need another part. (why would you not come to a job not prepared). They lack of concern my time was overridden by what is best for them.

WS was great, highly recommended! They were able to pump out my septic tank within 24 hours, I was fortunate they were available. Rachel at the office & Dennis the technician were courteous, friendly, and professional. Dennis also provided a few extra tips to keep our drains clear.

I just moved to town and as soon as we moved into our house of course all these plumbing issues arise. William Sellers Plumbing was the only company in town that went out of their way to find someone to come to our house for an emergency plumbing job! They continue to be there to help (now with the septic 🙄 and water coming up from our bathtub!). Every plumber that’s come out has been helpful and prices have been fair. Definitely recommend!
