Our water pressure dropped off to a dribble. I phoned in the evening and Juan from AirFlo was here the next morning. It was serious rust problems on the main valve and a non-functioning regulator. He had to dig them out of the dirt. He did a meticulous job quickly with first rate parts. Their pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I needed to have a mini-split system installed. When I first called to get an estimate, Adam told me that he was very busy but when he had a chance he would call me to see if I still needed his help. At that point, I kind of wrote him off because that is how it goes with many contractors in the desert. To my surprise, I received a call two weeks later and he was ready if I still needed him. He came out the next day, spent about 30 minutes looking over the project and gave me an estimate. I had a cooling system failure at my Moms house in Indio. Adam came out to troubleshoot and repair the system. His diagnostic skill and tradecraft are peerless. I also had him install a WiFi enabled thermostat which allows me to both monitor and adjust the indoor temperature of the home and will alert me if the system were to fail in the future so I can get my mom to a safe place. Stayed with me while I installed the app on my phone and confirmed it was functional. As a home inspector, I see lots of marginal work and know quality when I see it. I spoke with Adam to set up an appointment. He was very professional and polite. The next day, Juan serviced my AC unit. He fixed the heating and cooling to my AC. It never worked this good before. Juan was very professional, honest, and knowledgeable towards every question and concern that I had. I would highly recommend this company.

Where to start...
Made appt late Thurs and was promised Tech would be out Fri at 8 am. Done!
Tech wasted no time in asking the right questions, diagnosing problems and after getting approval starting the job. Effective and efficient...saved $$.
Tech polite, neat appearance, professional, offered suggestions and made reasonably priced improvements that will no doubt will save $$ in the long run. Not pushy!
Tech on the job...not like other guys eating a sandwich on my dime!
Work completed fast, parts on hand so as not to run around trying to find what he needed...again, saving $$.

I called 4 places for help and it wasn't until I talked to Adam at Airflo that I got the help I needed. Even though the people at Airflo don't generally repair in window AC units, Adam was kind enough to help trouble shoot my AC over the phone and now I don't have to be so damn hot! With his expertise, it only too him 3-4 minutes to get me up and running and now every time I turn on my AC unit I will say think to myself: Thank you Adam and Airflo! It's not everyday you get help from people who aren't gaining anything from you. So cheers to good people and heart centered business!

106 degrees and My central Air Completely Stopped ! I called AirFlo at 7pm One of The Service Techs picked up the Call,Completely understanding of my situation assured Me That a AirFlo tech would be there first thing in the Morning ! Yes by 8 30 am diagnosed and replaced 3 major components Gave Me a easy to follow overview of repair and had the cool air pumping in less than 30 minutes. Very reasonable costs.

Juan arrived within an hour. Thoroughly checked in the attic to make sure everything was working properly there. Than he went to the outside unit and checked it and replaced the capacitor which was no longer working. I doubt this unit had been checked in 10 years so Juan thoroughly cleaned the outside unit as well. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost. Very reasonable, very honest company.
