Anthony runs a tight operation that shows up when they say they will and follows up as needed. We hired a construction company to build a back porch onto our house. Because the roof of the porch did not properly meet the roof of the house at the same height like it should have, we were having terrible problems with water pouring off the roof and into our porch. I asked Select Roofing Consultants to inspect a still-leaking roof repair completed by Elite Exterior Contractors, who would not return any contact. Anthony Bulcher, the owner, identified that the EEC repair was insufficient and that they should have replaced the shingles in the entire roof valley in order to prevent water backups. He provided a quote of $685 and I hired him to repair the problem. He replaced the entire roof valley and found shingles with quarter-sized holes just a foot above where the EEC repair started. If they had done their job correctly, they would have found the same holes

Does not honor his warranty, will not answer the phone. I am a Facilites Specialist for a Head Start program which hired SRC to do repairs on a number of our sites. SRC offers a five year warranty on its workmanship. I called the company back out because the leaks were never repaired. The tech that came out told me that the exact same leaks reappeared due to more vandalism. We then took the steps of securing the entire property with an 8 ft privacy fence ,however the exact same leaks reaccure in the exact same location. That's why I said SRC doesn't honor their warranty.I have tried to contact

Mr. Anthony Bulcher of SRC-Select Roofing Consultants exceeded my inspections. Anthony offered quick turn around time on getting the final roof inspection report and came out really soon after I called him! Anthony was very attentive. He was so personable, professional, and responsive to emails and phone calls. All of the info I needed, including great pics were included in the report. All of my questions were answered. Got a free inspection:
1. he showed up late I said 9:00am and he came at 10:00am even though we agreed the second time would be 10:30am
2. He didn't call me, ring the door bell or email me when he got here and was only here for 10min before leaving
3. We had a real problem I wanted to discuss and waited 4 days to meet with a roofer and was told that I couldn't discuss any real problems unless I paid for inspection, which was not given to me as an option or even mentioned, and also made zero sense since I was getting a free inspection unless they just don't look at things for the free inspection

Anthony is TOP NOTCH. I purchased a Foreclosure and ended up having a roof leak that was supposed to have been fixed. I had gotten Anthony's number from a neighbor and I called him when the issue happened.. I couldn't have been more impressed. The roof ended up being in worse condition than I was lead to believe. I explained to Anthony that having just purchased the home I didn't really have the funds for a new roof, He said he understood and was able to repair the leak and do some other repairs and sure up some areas to buy me a couple more years to save up for a new roof.
