Josh Rees showed up on time and got right down to work. The man is a plumbing genius! Fixed our issue so fast it was almost embarrassing. Cannot recommend HRI and Aire Serv more highly. Every person I’ve worked with, from the office staff who schedule appointments (Amanda, Jill, etc.) to the techs (Josh, Brandon, Joe), has been truly professional, kind, and really, really good at what they do.

We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel. Our new vanity is moving 2 feet from the original location within the same room. We already have the new CPVC and PVC pipes stubbed out under the house. HRI came over to give us a quote to make the connections under the house as well as cap off the toilet supply line so that the new flooring can be installed.
This job should take any good plumber 1-2 hours.
HRI quoted us $753.
That price is OUTRAGEOUS !!
The worst part about it was that we had to pay HRI $99 just to come out to give us this RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED quote.
Needless to say, we DID NOT

I can't say enough about how impressed I am with HRI Plumbing and the plumber they sent to repair the leaks in my 1891 farmhouse! Bland was the most professional, trustworthy and personable serviceman I've ever had enter any home I've ever lived in. HRI always let me know when he was on his way and who I should expect to come to my door. Bland… gave me a fair estimate and returned at a convenient time for the repairs. HRI was very understanding of my busy schedule and made accommodations for me. Bland didn't just do a great job fixing the leaks I had under my sink and on my water heater

Wow. Bought our home less than a month ago and the sewer failed. Called several companies on a Saturday with sewer water in the basement. HRI was the only one to respond. Clay, Jeremy, Josh, Bland, and the whole team at HRI did an amazing job at getting us back in our home as soon as possible. They handled everything from start to finish, including… coordination with the city and excavating crews to not only get the job done, but to do it right. Very professional from uniforms, email notices of techs who will be onsite, to communication about the ongoing project. Overall excellent company

2 years ago I had a sump pump installed by this company. During the 2 years I didn't hear the sump pump working even once but since this was my first home (I had always lived in apartments) and I had just moved in I had no idea what a sump pump sounded like until 2 years later after having it fixed due to a flood resulting from the sump pump not working. I called the company to have it looked at, I was immediately told about the 99 dollar charge no matter if they could fix the problem or not. They came out and claimed the issue was simply the breaker being tripped that fed the sump pump. I believe

This place is great. On short notice I called HRI to repair a leaking sewer pipe. I was told the service call would be the next day, but they would try to fit me in the same day I called. And they did, the technician Brandon was very professional and personable. He explained that the amount of work I wanted was more than a repair (which I knew but needed conformation). And it would take a sales person to give me a price. Well that was done in the same day also, and Brandon stayed at my house until the salesman spoke with him to confirm he was on his way. The salesman Jeremy was also very personable

Brandon with HRI Plumbing did an excellent job on replacing my 40 gallon hot water heater and hauling away the old one which was real old and extremely clogged!! He also was very experienced, thorough, professional and personable. He explained what work he would be doing and answered all of my questions. After the job was completed, you couldn't even tell he had been there. I would HIGHLY recommend HRI Plumbing for all your repairs and installs!!!
