I called big Apple for a clogged toilet. Not only did they fix that issue but they also checked my water pressure and water heater and gave me estimates to fix some issues with them. The plumber was very professional and diligent. I received a text when he was on the way so I was prepared. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again for future plumbing needs.

Disraeli was great. He provided us three quotes for different options, and gave us a straight forward opinion and information on what he felt was best for us with our situation. He never tried to upsell or pressure us into more expensive options. The work was performed quickly and done right, very pleased overall.

This is the second time I have used them and Alec and the experience was the same time both times. Does quality work and is very customer friendly. Big Apple Plumbing and Heating LLC is my go to for plumbing service. They are professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Their work is top notch. Plumber Jason has assisted us at least twice and he is very likeable and goes above and beyond in assisting the customer. Big Apple Plumbing and Heating knows what they are doing and they do it well. May not be the cheapest but you get quality you can rely on and plumbers who know what they are doing.

I'm pretty unpleased with how I was treated me as a potential customer. I paid the $70 dispatch fee to get an estimate on a large bathroom project in my basement. I wanted to add a bathroom to my unfinished basement.
On all 3 occasions I called the company, they were impatient with me for no reason (I promise I'm really nice!)
The plumber that came out was kind and answered lots of questions for me, but he left so fast. Then my estimate came in a week later... $15K to install a shower drain. That's what my neighbor paid to repair the entire pipe to my neighbors house. Nothing else we talked about

The guys that came were so nice and easy to get along with. They don’t charge a consultation fee and they give u the best and worst case scenarios so that there is no hidden fees or surprises! I also had them quote me on a few other things around my house because I know I will be using this company again!!!

Plumber came out and got our hot water system working again, after the pilot light wouldn't light. It was simply the best experience I have ever had with a plumber - responded to my message quickly, came over within an hour or so, fixed the system quickly, and the best bit of all charged very reasonably. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Will be my #1 go-to plumber now!!! Thanks again :-)

The plumber completed a job for us yesterday. We are very happy with their services. The first appointment was an assessment of what was needed. The next time they came out, they installed 2 new faucets we purchased from the recommendations received on the initial call. The job was well done, professional service, timely manner and VERY clean. I was a little worried it would be a messy situation. Not at all! They even took the old faucets with them, so we did not have any trash to deal with ourselves. Much appreciation for wearing a mask as suggested.

Always have a good experience with this company. The techs they send out are always very knowledgeable and professional. And I love that they send text alerts letting me know when the tech is heading my way, with a picture of what they look like.
The office staff is also very helpful. I called in to schedule an appointment and they had issues pulling up my account. They had to place me on hold for several minutes and when the issue was resolved they apologized and waived the service fee for my upcoming appointment. Very unexpected but very appreciated. Great customer service!

I am responding to the comment the owner made to my comment. I can understand his anger if he thought I threatened his business manager. But I did not threaten his business manager. I did say that I felt the price was unreasonable and I wanted to discuss the charge with the owner. The price was much too high for an hour's worth of work. I think $400/hour is too high for plumbing work. I think they should have charge a lot less ($150/hour seems reasonable). We never got to this discussion because he started yelling at me right away.
