Jacob did a fantastic job explaining what needed to be done to unclog my kitchen sink and quoted me a reasonable price ($219). However, after he sent a cable in around 50 ft, the clog persisted. He immediately contacted his office and arranged for a technician with a camera to come out and, hopefully, isolate the problem so he could determine the best way to fix the problem. I fully expected to pay the agreed-upon price and was pleasantly surprised when Jacob told me there would be no charge, including the camera appointment! I will likely be back to write another review for the camera technician

We chose a better Plumer to replace our hot water heater that let go New Year’s Eve. Kyle came to my home and was very professional and took the time to explain things to the uneducated customer. He was fair and honest, did not try and up sell me on anything. Pricing was fair for the holiday / inventory and we are very happy with the result. Thanks Kyle for your help and attention to detail.

If I could give a 10-star rating, I would! DeShawn was professional, knowledgeable, to the point and gave me a lot of relief when he discovered exactly what brought along my low water pressure to my upstairs facilities. Dude knew his stuff and also gave me some insight on a possible water heater install that I can see coming in the very near future.
I would highly recommend this company to others and I will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing needs that I have.

I thought I could fix my dishwasher myself, but as I dove deeper into the project to replace some parts, I realized the valve to turn off my hot water was broken and wouldn't turn off the water supply all the way. I called A Better Plumber and Dylan W came out to help me the next day (mind you this was the week of Christmas, so I was shocked when they could help me the next day!). Dylan came out and went ABOVE AND BEYOND! We used A Better Plumber for an emergency leak repair. Water was flooding into our basement on a Wednesday night. We called many plumbers before finally finding A Better Plumber. They dispatched Dylan to our home. He showed up promptly and on time. He explained everything clearly and went to work. He quickly identified the leak and fixed it. He cleaned the area when he was done. When the repair was complete we turned the water on and a valve broke. Dylan made quick work of that problem as well and saved us a future headache. We would absolutely recommend A Better Plumber and will use them again

We’ve used A Better Plumber twice now in the last 6 months, and I have no reason to use another business. They are awesome!! The staff is so friendly and the plumbers that have come out are so great. They explain the issue and solve it quickly. Danny was out today and did a great job. I also really appreciate they send a photo of the plumber before they arrive, and they quote you the price before they get started solving the issue. They’re prices also seem very reasonable to me. So thankful to find a good plumbing company!!

The man who came out to fix my toilet, I couldn't tell if he just wasn't knowledgeable, or was pushed into a sales position he was bad at. He did however unclog my toilet which was the ultimate goal. He said, if I get in there and need to auger it, it will be...... (as he scrolls through a price sheet on his phone) $199, plus the $39.99 service call. Ok. Then he proceeds to quote me 18 different prices and 18 different issues. I said, just fix the toilet and give me a bill. Happy to pay a competitive rate for unclogging a toilet. He turned around to grab his tools and then got a major attitude
