Sewer & water line leaks can be a property owner's worst nightmare. Leaks in sewer lines drains, and water lines are the cause of damages to your property including flooded basements, and sewage backups. We recommend yearly video inspections since debris, household soaps and grease, even plant roots, can clog or damage your sewer and drain lines.
At Glad Plumbing we will help you decide what kind of water heater you need - tank or tankless. Tank water heaters hold a certain volume of water at a preset temperature - usually between 120 and 130 degrees. When you turn on a hot water tap, water is pulled from the tank and replaced with cold water that is then heated.

Really appreciate Jon and his knowledge and courtesy. He was out the next day to replace my PRV and also willing to answer all my questions I had. Great value and nice to have him working on the house. I used him a year ago too to hook up and replace some pipes in my house. Will continue to use him!
