My tub was supposedly leaking into my neighbor's garage. At the time it happen Rowan and his' crew was working on a major project. Rowan was able to fit me in his schedule. When he came out he was friendly, efficient and inexpensive as well as produce quality work. I will definitely be giving him a call for any future projects and recommending him to friends.

GoodHeart Services did excellent work, and were very helpful the whole way through. I needed multiple projects completed on a shoestring budget and they came and helped me find efficient, cost saving solutions. They did the work diligently, making sure I was happy with it every step. I didn't have to hire out the various projects to multiple parties and was so relieved not to have to pay what I think would be much higher rates by larger companies. Very grateful to have kind, committed and honest service.

I recently moved to Colorado and needed some remodeling work done in my townhome that I purchased in Broomfield. Not knowing who to trust, I was hesitant to hire just anyone. After reading the recent(2019) reviews of Rowan, I decided to give him a try...and I am so glad that I did. I had him remove an entire old bathroom vanity as well as two large mirrors that were glued to the walls. I was asking him to do the impossible...remove everything with no broken glass and no damage to dry wall

I received funding for floor repairs and tile install for my sons since he has some special needs. ($3500) I originally hired someone else who I ended up firing because they were stealing materials. I was left with $1750 and only most of my materials and no work completed. Rowan from Good Heart Services came In and said he would be willing to do the job because it was for my son. Unfortunately not all the repairs we were going to be able to get done due to the now significantly smaller budget. He had a subcontractor do the work. Rowan and his team did a great job on our bathroom remodel. The price was fair, he was helpful with suggestions on what product to buy and open to artistic deaig. His payment installations were well structured. We were flexible with his times which lead us to a great finish. We felt like we could trust him and he wasn't here to scam us. Just like his name, a good heart.
