These folks were just awesome. Prescribed a new furnace which has been an amazing experience (much better than my last furnace was, even from the beginning). Rooms that were icicles before are now so warm I have to close a couple vents. They were here till almost 10pm getting it finished. Best unexpected thing is they filed the rebate paperwork with Excel without even mentioning it, so I got a nice little year-end check for $300. Thanks, Dr Fixit!

Shane and Jose did a scheduled annual check-up and routine service on my furnace. They were polite, knowledgeable, and mindful of COVID cautions. The service was accomplished quickly and properly.

Jay Parker arrived right on time, was friendly, professional, did a maintenance/safety check throughout the house. He explained the pricing, didn’t try to over sell or talk me into buying anything more than I needed. He definitely understands old fashion customer service. This was my first time using Doctor Fix-it and I will definitely use them again! Even the calling to set up the appointment was smooth, fast, friendly and they listened to what was needed!

Our person, Elijah, did an awesome job. We live in a very old house, and he pointed out a couple of challenges that could potentially make the job hard throughout the day, but also walked through what he was thinking he would do to solve them. he did a great job and got all of the ducts and vents cleaned! Great communication and preventative measures to protect for, walls, etc.

All of the staff members that have come to my home have gone above and beyond. They make themselves available for questions and always keep me posted throughout the process. I appreciate their communication, professionalism and knowledge, in fields I'm not familiar with. They were recommended by my all time favorite plumber Colin who is no longer there (due to a move) but I trust him with all things plumbing and I’m glad I took his referral! Brent was great taking photos and sending them to me as well! Thanks crew!

Doctor Fix-It was prompt, professional, and detailed. It took 3 visits to figure out the problem because the cause of the problem was hard to figure out. They didn’t want to put a “bandaid” on the problem. We also weren’t charged for those visits because they were part of the leak search, which directly went towards the payment of the project.
Luis and Patrick were absolutely great! They worked an incredibly long day to make sure the project was done right. They were professional and respectful of our home and family.

Have used Doctor Fix-It services twice now, had issues with our furnace, which was not turning on. Come to find out, furnace had not been serviced in a very long time. Called to schedule an appointment and was scheduled that same day. Danny H. was super helpful and professional, was able to get our heater going the same day. We also needed assistance with electrical projects around our home, specifically changing a dryer outlet that was very old and outdated. Great experience from beginning to end. Had a clogged sink and since it is the day before thanksgiving I thought it was going to be difficult having someone come in today. I called and they were able to get a repair man to my house in a few hours. Jay Parker was our repair man and he did a very great job on explaining/educating on the issue. Very professional, clean and had the job done fast. Really recommend this place especially knowing it is a family owned business!

Phenomenal work in quality and speed accomplishing two mammoth projects in a day each. They installed a huge, high efficient furnace/AC system in a single day. Then they rebuilt a whole residential sewer system in one day. Almost like digging a Grand Canyon and filling it in, in one day.

I would not recommend them as the First time they came out for electrical they had to come back out and redo what they did the First time. Then if you sign up for the plan they offer you will get numerous calls telling you to call for services included in your plan. If you need them for services such as plumbing due to a leak they will tell you it takes 2-3 days. Poor Customer Service all around.

Jay did an excellent job installing new pipes in my old house! He was on time and it took the exact amount of time he told me it would. Friendly and knowledgeable.

Last year I found out that I was going to need a new furnace. I contacted several companies to bid, as well as the Better Business Bureau for reviews.
After reviewing all the proposals carefully, I contacted Mike Valencia at Dr. Fix-It; he came out and immediately I sensed that he was a genuinely nice person and he really cared about the people… that he worked with, which was important to me.

Dr. Fix-It came out short-notice to do major electrical work that was causing a safety issue after it had not been fixed properly by a previous electrician before we owned the home. The quality of Doctor Fix-it's parts and labor were top-notch and every person we spoke with at the company was extremely professional, personable, and was willing to… answer every detailed question we had about the work, prior, during, and after the work. They also gave us a range of different options for parts and we were confident that they would have given the same level of service no matter which price we

-10 stars! They have the worst customer service ever. They came out and told me they needed to jackhammer concrete to replace a 3’ piece of pipe and they would have to do a new water heater. Estimate was 5,600. Highway robbery. Then I scheduled a duct clean and they just canceled my appointment. I called to see why they didn’t show up and was told at 7 am the previous day they left me a voice mail, which I never received. And at 12 pm the previous day I got a text confirming they would arrive. Worst business in Colorado!!

Shout out to Doctor Fix-It, especially Thomas and Branden. They took what appeared to be a hopeless situation and stuck with it to figure out a solution for our tankless water heater! They were amazing, professional, courteous and friendly! Highly recommended!!!

BUYERS BEWARE. Great customer service. Very helpful, easy to schedule appointments, as well there dispatch pricing is affordable. The reason I give them a two is because the technician did not do a good job troubleshooting my issue. I had replaced my ignitor switch and my flame sensor and still was not getting gas nor a flame. At this point we had… been out of heat for 5 days and I was feeling discouraged so ended up calling for a professional to come by. He had told me that my circuit board to my furnace was bad and was going to be $1,000 to fix it or we were going to need a new furnace
