Creative Design Construction & Remodeling is a Licensed Contractor in the NJ and NY area. From kitchen and bath remodeling, to home additions, complete house renovations, new home building and more, Creative Design offers complete construction management of residential and commercial projects from the initial planning stage to final completion.
The intent of phase one is to explore design and material options enabling us to develop a conceptual plan and recommended budget for the proposed project. We will interview the client to assess their needs and take detailed measurements of the proposed space to be renovated. We will provide one or more design options to be presented in the form of conceptual floor plans.

I was very happy with their renovation. They had finished it in the time frame they had promised us. I only have a problem with the deck (Fiberon) they have installed. Fiberon is not supposed to warp and ours did. Last summer of 2019 I called the office at least twice to have someone over to look at the deck . No one called me back. I… stopped by at the store one day. A lady took my information very politely and she said she would make sure that someone would contact me. No one called me back. This year (May 2020) my husband called Glen Lumia, the owner, to give us a call to discuss our

A 1 million dollar+ renovation and my house is falling apart! From start to finish this company was and is a nightmare. Numerous attempts have been made to speak to Glen Lumia, the owner. No response...just a run around for over a year. Completely dissatisfied.
I am happy to update that Creative Design did eventually address and fix all my issues. They even were nice enough to extend our warranty two years.
