EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! We contacted this company for a complete roof installation/ replacement on our 2700 sq/ft home. They came and gave an estimate of services, we agreed to contract them, and things went downhill from there. They were unresponsive, not returning phone calls or emails for days at a time. THEY RESCHEDULED OUR SERVICES 5 TIMES! They claimed it was due to weather, but we had beautiful sunny days, when we asked why we were being RESCHEDULED AGAIN they replied that they had not finished other jobs. Lorraine was extremely easy to communicate with, responding to ~30+ emails in a timely and patient manner...and Jimmy and Todd (and larger team!) inspected, reviewed, met with adjusters, and completed the work super quickly! My roof looks great and is better protected for the future.

I had a positive experience with Roof Rx. When I first had my roof leak, I contacted three different roofers to come give me an estimate. Roof Rx actually showed me pictures of the damage and explained what I needed. This helped me trust they were telling me the truth - the other companies just told me what was wrong. Jimmy kept me in the loop on project status and they finished my roof repair in two days. I replaced probably 1/4 of my roof.

Jimmy and the folks at Roofer Rx were great to work with. For a better price than their competitors, I received prompt, quality service in a tumultuous time (this was right after the tornadoes hit Nashville, and right when Covid broke out).
I will also add that Jimmy was very knowledgeable, honest, and didn't try to upsell me. I was coming out of my own pocket for the roof replacement, and he respected that.
Would happily use Roofer RX again for any roofing needs.

No one looks forward to replacing their roof, but the Roofer Rx guys made it as close to painless as possible. We used them for several significant jobs on an historic property in Downtown Franklin.
Initially, they were brought on to assess and repair storm damage to the main house on the property, but we were so pleased with quality of their work and how quickly and efficiently they got it done, that they were hired to perform a total roof replacement, including repairing a flat roof on the main house, which had been leaking significantly.

RooferRx came to my rescue after having water leak through my can lights, flooding my kitchen. Jimmy, the owner, came out the day before Thanksgiving, to take a look and diagnosis the problem. He then came back on THANKSGIVING to tarp my roof so no further damage would occur while we were out of town. He worked wonderfully with my insurance and was able to provide insight and expertise in all areas of repair. He is extremely knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining my replacement options! I had these guys come out and roof my porch addition. Their quote was great and after getting into the job they found some sub-par carpentry work that needed tweaking. Just charged me for materials and stuck to the quote. The roof looks outstanding as if the addition has been there all along. Jimmy Davis is a straight shooter and one nice dude to top it off. Highly, highly recommend.
