I contracted Glanz Buffat to install a complete HVAC system for me including a York 2 stage variable speed furnace and an York Affinity 2 stage A/C condenser along with a new line set from the furnace A coil to the condenser. I'm pretty particular when it comes to workmanship and I can't say how pleased I am with the skill level and quality that Bobby and his crew did on the job. They also completed the job in just one day. I am also very happy with the performance of the new York system. I can feel air movement through the house that I have never felt before and the temperature is more consistent

In the fall of 2019 I had a new heating/air system put in. I was very impressed by their workers. They were professional and were here on time! About a month ago my hot water heater broke. I called 3 companies and decided to go with these guys again basically because they had been so professional before. Wow what a amazing job they did! I don't know if I've ever written a review on here, but Glanz/Buffat did it again-so I had to speak up! This company is spot on in diagnosing problems and fixing them right the first time. I had service from them in Jan. 2020 and Sept. 2020 (two different issues). First one clogged sewage pipe (I saw what they pulled out-ugh) problem solved! Second call, roots in my main sewage line caused big back up (once again, they showed me the foot long root mass they augered out) had it fixed in 1 1/2 hours. It’s really simple-if you have a huge project to get done(we did), these are your guys! Jon was lead manager, very informative on regulations and what needed to be done! If you have a small job-they are still the ones to call!! But Jerry and Kelly were the guys in our house for the duration! They became family! We had other renovations to do, b/c why not. When you have to do the job that they needed to do, might as well do it all at once. Jerry and Kelly were so great! They would always clean up each day, knowing they were coming back the next! What a great company. Jon came and found the sewer problem with his camera,sent me a detailed estimate and we agreed to the job. Jerry and Marty came and did the job,which was major in 2 and a half days and saved me money by a little extra work. All 3 were great guys,very honest and trustworthy. Came when they said and really took care with the mess. I'll never use anyone else. A side note: I'm a member of the American Legion and we share the parking lot with Glanz. We started out as Buffat Plumbing customers a number of years ago. They did prompt and excellent work for us, so we have remained customers. I still remember when a Buffat service tech came the evening before Thanksgiving to fix our broken garbage disposal, without which our Thanksgiving dinner would have been drastically limited. In our current house, Glanz-Buffat installed a zoning system for our heat, which keeps the entire house at a comfortable temperature which we control in each of three zones. My old terra-cotta sewer line collapsed, they got here in a week (versus 2 weeks, or longer, or "no call-backs" from competitors). They had the best price, and did a difficult sewer replacement job like a choreographed dance routine. These guys KNOW THEIR STUFF, do what they SAY they are going to do, and clearly take pride in their work!

Really like Glanz-Buffat. I've used them to replace a house full of copper pipes and to install a new water heater. I've also used them for plumbing emergencies and they charge on the quarter hour instead of fixed rate or hourly which is really fantastic! I highly recommend them and they are expedient with estimates too.

Very simply, don't use them. I had a clog recently that solved itself by the time the plumber got there. He told me it was just a pressure thing that solved itself. Between that and looking at a couple of other issues, I was charged $102. Next day, it comes back so I call that morning to get them back. During both phone calls, I told them to call me 20 minutes ahead of time so I could run home to let them in. I get a call from them that afternoon, no warning phone call as I had requested, saying the plumber has been waiting there for 15 minutes and we agree to send him on to the next job
