Worst experience ever. What was to be a 4-5 day job took almost 6 months to complete. From incorrect shingles color to scattered nails which caused flat tires on our vehicle, to damaged fence, our 2 vehicles being towed because of their dumpster on our driveway exceeded time, and inspection failing twice after city came out. Also the false finance advertising from the beginning. Buyer beware.

The best choice you can make for your roof replacement in Bay County Florida is Cody Bates and Carroll Bradford roofing. They do what they do what they say they are going to do, top quality and clean site. Above all else, they stand behind their warranty. A small concern on complex corner flashing, one phone call to Cody, he and a project lead were on site within 24 hours and took care of it. Good, honest people, fair price and top quality.

I recently bought a home in Port Orange which had been re-roofed in 2017. The new roof started to leak in my daughter's bedroom. We spoke with the previous owners to see who put the new roof on and found out that it was Carroll Bradford. Having recently bought the house knowing the roof was new, I thought that any repairs would be covered by the original installer. Shane immediately came out to assess the issue. He said that it would cost appx 1K to fix the issue. When asked if the company would cover the repairs he stated that they only cover repairs for 2 years on new installations. That

Shane Amy was a great contractor, he helped me thought out the whole process. The re-roofing process was really smooth and everything was done super quick, the installation was done in just 2 days and they took care of literally everything. We were looking to get our roof replaced and had estimates from two other highly rated companies. Our adjuster suggested we look at Carroll Bradford and gave us Shane Amy's number. Shane promptly scheduled a visit, came out and gave us an estimate. We made some changes to the venting and skylights and he was able to answer all our questions. When it was time to do the roof, the crew arrived when they said that they would, and by the next afternoon we had a great looking roof, the color we wanted and gutters as well. They did an excellent job of cleanup and it was like it never happened

5-star rating for Carroll Bradford and Jason Milton. Our condo building was in need of a new roof. We received multiple estimates and ultimately chose Carroll Bradford. Jason Milton, project supervisor, met with us numerous times, and also with the insurance adjuster. He answered all of our questions so that we knew exactly what to expect for the job. Jason had an amazing crew of roofers. Seven buildings only took them one week to complete. They worked from daylight to dark and were extremely organized and cleaned up every day. Not one single complaint from any of the homeowners during this roof

They replace my roof...constantly leaks over garage they came back and repaired the ceiling by just painting over water stains not replacing dry way...My roof still leaks and i'm getting more water stains. I call and I get a manager will call you back. I never get that call. It's been going on for OVER TWO YEARS!!! I'm ready to take legal action at this point. During Irma, my ceiling was wet my insurance denied me and said this was due to faulty roofing installation. My insurance paid Carroll Bradford a year or two prior to Irma to replace the roof. I WOULD never recommend.

We used their landscaping arm to re-landscape our home. We made the mistake of using another recommend company to start with instead of using these guys. 3 shredded sewer pipes later, we called back up Caroll Bradford. Where the other company just sent their goons and the owner never showed up onsite, Neil, the project manager at Carol Bradford was onsite almost every day. The crew was the same every day, he gave us renderings and full plant lists to pass Baldwin Parks HOA boards. Fixed sprinkler issues the other contract never bothered to tell us about. It's been hell, 2 non English speaking guys & I mean they striped off our roof & it started to rain & they could not understand that we were saying it was raining inside. They just smiled & gave us thumbs up. We called Steve Bush, was told we shouldn't talk to them & had to call him so he could call off site project manager. 3 hours later they tarped the roof with 1 tarp that had big holes in it. It is still raining in my house they started job May 15th. The 2 guys showed up with 2 hammers a minivan, a ladder & a 1970's air compressor. They had no tools &

My realtor recommended Carroll Bradford and I was really glad that Mike Ruggieri (407.595.6252) was there to help assist with the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly!
He met with the insurance adjuster when he looked at my roof which made me feel better about the process (less back and forth, less delay). A lot of my neighbors are still waiting for a new roof and have tarps! Mike also climbed up on the roof and placed a tarp there
