As it stands right now , STAY AWAY from this company unless you want to pay a premium price for a well below poor quality job , maybe they have some crews that’s good however. We were given a crew that has no business touching a roof or house at that. The PM was professional and well put together. He definitely is a great guy but him not being able to stay at the job site the entire time to watch the guys is a problem and should be fixed by the higher ups. But as far as the roof goes. We are in way worse shape now then we were prior. I feel like we just paid a company to come BOTCH up our roof

They contacted me about my experience. They were very empathetic and shared my concerns with the quality of the work done previously. They came out to, hopefully, make one final repair. I was very impressed with the quality of this last repair. They even repaired a corner of the pitched roof that was outside the original scope of work. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the extra preventative measure was taken. They made it easy and there was no negotiation. They wanted to make it right and I believe they did. I can appreciate a company that stands by their work. I am hesitant

Getting a new roof is a big, costly decision. The experts at reliant roofing were patient and friendly, answering all my questions, even when they knew I was shopping around and comparing quotes. I was nervous to choose the wrong company and reliant made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. The roof turned out beautiful and was completed in a timely manner.
