My wife and I had done a thorough search and thought we were retaining the best when we contacted Company A. Our simple request for an inspection/estimate from this company quickly turned into a heavy push to go after our insurance carrier to cover the replacement. We took the bait, and after 6 long months we were not one step closer to replacing out roof (that we originally wanted to purchase, outright, with ordinary American Dollars) material prices were steadily climbing

Bigfoot Roofing has their stuff together. I worked with Lance Holman to get everything setup, he was extremely informative and responsive. The materials were delivered on a Friday and the roof was completely replaced on the following Monday, no shingles sitting on the roof for a month. Great experience overall.

First of all, wow! A little history: our house was built in 1960 with a flat roof on half and pitch on the other. It needed a pitch on the flat roof, to be re-roofed, a front porch, and a front door. It was a long process to find someone willing to tackle this project. Bigfoot roofing was the one company that seemed willing to do this project. All the other companies way overbid on their pricing. This was my first experience with having any roof work done and gutters installed. Bigfoot Roofing did excellent, quality work. They got the roof done in less than 2 days and the gutters in a couple of hours. My sales consultant, Lance Holman, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Bigfoot Roofing accepted the challenge of doing a re-roof at the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority house. Our beautiful house is located in a historical community. We consulted with Lance during the entire process. Lance was familiar with our sorority and knew that we wouldn’t accept anything less than perfection. He was very knowledgeable of the process in caring for historical homes and permits that needed to be pulled. The entire process was worry free. Just wanted to say again to the guys at Bigfoot, thank you again for treating us like the queens that we are.

When I hired Bigfoot Roofing I was told by Lance that once the job was done I will be set down given warranty paperwork, the documentation showing that it passed inspection, and paperwork regarding a veteran rebate. I had to put roughly $4,000 down and nothing else was to be due until everything was completed and it passed inspection. The workers came and worked one full long day. I was told that some other materials had to be ordered. A worker came back a couple weeks later and was here maybe a little over an hour.

I hired Bigfoot Roofing after Hurricane Matthew damaged my roof. Lance was great and the crew that put my new roof on was top notch. Jobsite was cleaned and not a speck of trash was left on the ground. I would recommend Bigfoot to anyone. The price was great and the materials used was exactly what I asked for
