Interface with Architect/Designer throughout the design process providing cost analysis at each design phase (Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents).
Boren Construction's skilled team anticipated and solved problems before they could affect the schedule and budget, and really helped us make good design and budget decisions. I said from the start I had to stay within my budget and he did, but not by cutting corners on quality choices. When I was unsure he recommended choices and had an eye for the aesthetics of the project.
