Cedar Construction is a family owned business that was started by Pat Eivers Sr. in 1960. The company quickly developed a reputation for quality and dependability doing private contract jobs as well as being a preferred subcontractor with major retailers such as Sears, Home Depot, IKEA, and most recently Lowe's.
We provide services from concept to completion -- from our many years of experience and working with several architects, skilled subcontractors, and our quality product line. Indeed we do! We have completed many 203K renovations and are very familiar with the requirements and procedures. We can connect you with both lenders and HUD consultants.

I’ve been using this company for years. I’ve renervated two homes and one office with Cedar. They are professional craftsman. They clean up everyday at then end of the night and answer all our questions. They have also done some custom work for us. Every time people see our home for the first time and we tell them we’ve renervated, first thing they ask is for Cedar’s number
