Surprised this is the only low star review! I can't even begin to express how incompetent Jim has been! Paid to have him do roof/sky light work 2 years ago just to have the problem sneak up again. DOES NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS. Had to have 2 adjusters come out along with another company to explain the work was done incorrectly and poorly. Was told I needed to contact LaHood AGAIN since they were the ones who originally "fixed" it. DOES NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS--STILL! This has been ongoing for at least a year now and Jim has even made an appointment before within the last year and never came
