We loved working with Craig. We went through a prior designer and 2 other contractors before Craig. (all fell through and the project never got past the planning stage). It was our first time doing a home remodel. The other contractors were very vague about cost and timeline. Craig appropriately sets up your expectations and is always real with you. He's not only a contractor but has great design ideas; he has a vision to make your space beautiful, functional, and cost effective. The planning process with Craig is long but completely worth it. He tries to iron out every detail before it starts

We used Craig Tuttle Construction for a renovation of our home in 2018. We utilized the services of an architect in the project that included the conversion of bedrooms to a kitchen/eating areas, the replacement of numerous windows, walls and floors and upgrades to electrical and a/c infrastructure.
The project was completed on budget and effectively on time. Craig’s team were a delight to work with, combining great workmanship and attention to detail with a friendly but professional manner, they were a pleasure to have in our home.

Craig and his team did a great job with our outside patio remodel. He stepped in and performed the work when we were no longer able to use our original contractor. The work was completed as scheduled. Craig was readaly available to answer any questions or concerns we had with the project, however that wasn't necessary as the project manager was immediately available in person or by text. The rest of his team and the subs were professional and respectful of our home. I would definitely use Craig Tuttle construction again.

This was our second major renovation project with Craig Tuttle Construction (1st one was 12 years ago), and I cannot state emphatically enough that you cannot do better than this company. I was very impressed 12 years ago, and the company has only gotten better. All of his employees are top notch, attentive to concerns, are creative in tough situations, and keep their word. Our house is better because of him. Craig is also a pleasure to work with and has a good sense of humor. They know the restoration business and I wouldn't trust anyone to touch my house besides his company.

Craig Tuttle Construction took excellent care of us and our home. We remodeled our kitchen and entire first floor - we are extremely pleased with how our project turned out. We lived in our home during the remodel and each and every day, the crew from CTC cleaned up the job site. They were respectful of both our home and our family. They demonstrated time and time again that our satisfaction with the job was more important than anything else. You won't find a better general contractor. Without a doubt, they will be doing the work on any of our future projects.

After interviewing 4 options, we hired Craig Tuttle Construction to build our timber frame hybrid house. I can't say enough about how pleased we are with Craig and his crew. The timber frame portion of the house required some specific techniques that they were able to adapt to with ease. I had a very firm budget and they worked with me to creatively value engineer the project and kept me informed of cost saving options throughout the process. I would highly recommend Craig Tuttle Construction for anyone who wants their project to finish on time and finish correctly. In my experience he chooses only project supervisors that share his same expectations for the work the contractors do. Craig chooses only the best contractors, and then holds them to their bid and their word. Because if Craig's high expectations, the work is always done well and on time. Our first floor remodel was amazing in quality and construction. I also must mention that service and support after the work comes with the job. Any questions we had were quickly answered

I was nervous going into the project because of the remodel horror stories I have heard over the years. I am delighted that our story had a happy ending.
