I have to say I had high hopes when I called Michelle and she came over a few days later to look at our outdoor space and recommend a design. She told me she would get back to me a week later, when that didn't happen I called her and she said she could get back to me in a few days with an estimate. She never called or emailed
So, that was a month ago.
I left a message with her asking if she could call me to let me know if she's ok (she was so nice I thought maybe something happened to her)
I haven't heard anything, she never bothered to call or email...the poor

Michele was wonderful to work with--she really cares about plants and was willing to work with us to give us the garden we wanted. Our garden was such a mess that it took her and her team a week just to dig up the weeds, but they were all always cheerful. She also found us a great lawn care company that uses solar power! The only thing I can say that's negative is that sometimes she'll change the date she's coming to garden without telling us, but since we don't have to be there for them to weed that doesn't really matter. I wish I could write a good review here but unfortunately this one doesn't deserve it. I called them to check out my backyard area to see if they could make it look less "city". We talked on a Thursday and the earliest we could set up something was for Wednesday at 6pm which was just fine since I work until 530 anyways. 6pm came and nothing, 630, 7 still nothing. So I call and says she forgot and we can reschedule; no problem, everyone forgets things sometimes.
