Cleaning Services Report

We use truck mounted stream cleaning. The steam gets up to around 260 degrees F. Our Pre spotting is included & we move all couches and chairs. No hidden charges! Carpet dries within 2-4 hours, upholstery normally dries within 1 hour. We do ask that customers move small breakables and pre-vacuum if possible.

I have used B-Happy carpet cleaners for years. They are always careful of my walls as to not scratch them. I can get my carpet very dirty due to having animals. They always have a night and day difference between before and after. This is a great family business and they care about your satisfaction. I would recommend them to anyone.

B Happy Carpet Cleaning has done a wonderful job on several jobs for our family. We had Bill and his son out to clean carpets in our large home before listing it for sale. The light beige carpets turned out looking like new. He spent extra time and care and used different specialty cleaners for some spots we had.
He mentioned he also cleaned furniture and we have a beige sectional that needed it after our dog rubbed against it for years. He cleaned the whole large sectional and got every spot out including the grimy spots left by the dog, (Rest In Peace).

Interesting you chose to edit your response several times. I did talk to you about the situation. You flat out refused to honor the coupon and offered to leave and not clean my carpets. Looking back, that is what I should of done. But I had the day off, had moved all my furniture so you could shampoo the carpet. I had no reason to believe you would not honor your own coupon. Instead of honoring the coupon, you called the publication while in my house and asked them to change the wording on the coupon. You also told me you could get the stains out before you arrived.
