Katie provided a good explanation of the company's services and how they are differentiated from what other companies offer. it was easy to schedule and then to reschedule the cleaning appointment. Katie and her partner moved both my traditional and futon bed and frames, as well as the other furniture in the two bedrooms, the leg bottoms of which they protected using small sheets of plastic. They placed guards to protect all of the corners that the hose would otherwise rub against. Katie and her partner were friendly and professional. It took them about one hour and 45 minutes to assemble

Thank you soo much for coming out so quickly and doing a wonderful job at a affordable price for my carpets. With 6 dogs and grandkids my carpets were ugly. Y'all saved me so much time and energy . Now I can focus on just topical cleaning and decorating to accommodate my guests for my Wedding Saturday.

First time using Green Steam and couldn't be happier with their customer service and carpet cleaning. They were on time, very polite and thorough in explaining my options for some severe pet problem areas. I was most appreciative of the fact they did not try to up sell me. The technician was honest and did his best with the problem areas. I was also impressed that they vacuumed the carpets before the more thorough cleaning process and they put up some protectors on the corner of the walls/hallway so they wouldn't harm the walls and paint. Super happy with Green Steam - we had our wood floors (yup, they do wood floors too), carpets, a wool rug and our microfiber couch. Couldn't be happier with the results. On time, good price, flexible with booking and 100% professional. I have a few of the other reviews and the bad ones don't match at all with our experience. 5 stars all the way.

As the reviewer Aram M. stated, I'm very surprised by the negative reviews. I had our entire house carpet cleaned and it turned out fantastic. The two technicians arrived well within the scheduled time, very professional and very efficient. They explained everything to me and I am completely satisfied. I will definitely use them again. They also do more than carpet cleaning as the person who referred me had upholstery cleaned and someone thought she had a new couch. Very reasonable price and could get it done when I needed it. On a side note, Groupon users beware. Groupons have restrictions

A bit surprised to find bad reviews here about these guys. We just finished our remodeling and I needed urgently a company that could wash carpet on a short notice for us. It all started with a very pleasant voice on the phone. Customer service was great. They gave us a good quote and we signed up. Next day, two technicians arrived on time and did a great job. I also signed up for their air duct cleaning services. They beat Bob's Heating on price by over a $100. I ended up paying more than quoted because in one room they had to treat it chemically due to carpet being soaked with cat's

they send a careless technician who was busy smoking his e-cig outside and kept me waiting for like 30 mins, I peaked outside my window and saw him standing by the van talking on the phone and smoking, when he finally started work, he didnt try hard on the spotty areas, he had his earplugs on all the time and would take them off and give me a careless look whenever i point out a spot he missed, even then, he would barely go over it...
to make things worse, i called the office and complained, they sent the same lazy incompetent technician who sprayed some material on my

This is the 4th time, I think, that I've used Green Steam Carpet Cleaners. Every time I get a decent and accurate estimate from them. Their customer service is exception and courteous. As small business owners ourselves, we are frustrated and appalled at the way in which Green Steam Carpet Cleaners handled our situation. On my way to meet the carpet cleaner at our rental house, I ran into a traffic problem and was delayed. This happens to us all the time with our customers and I did what I would hope everyone would do I immediately called the Green Steam office to inform them I might be a few minutes late. Green Steam Carpet cleaners put a hole in my carpet by using the machine too much in one area where there was a stain. So what was once an aesthetic problem has now become a growning problem of unraveling carpet. (Two year old carpet...)
When I called to have the hole addressed by their team I was informed they would charge me, and further more I was informed it would cost 3 times the value of the initial cleaning.
Maybe its just me, but I would think a company would take care of unusaual damage they caused. I would not recomend Green Steam Carpet cleaning.

We just had Green Steam clean our carpets this morning and I couldn't be more pleased.
When we first called to make the appointment they weren't in so we left a message and they called back first thing the next morning. They were very friendly and set the appointment up without a problem. When the time came they arrived exactly when they said they would.
The two workers were friendly, efficient and did a great job. The carpets honestly look brand new, which was not small feat as we have two large dogs! We'll definitely be calling again in the future.
