While we only needed the carpet cleaned in one master bedroom, I was incredibly impressed with the job. The carpet was incredibly discolored and afterwards it was spotless! Dave was also just about the friendliest guy I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Warm, respectful, knowledgeable and thorough. Dave was able to come to my home on short notice. He cleaned two large rooms and in no time they looked amazing. He was very passionate about the cleaning process and told me much better the latest carpet cleaning equipment he used was for the environment. It also uses less water and recycled cleaning pads. These guys are knowledgable, hardworking and honest. That's hard to find in a carpet cleaner these days. I especially like their cleaning process which let my carpets practically dry when they finished. It has something to do with how they use way less water than the other truck mounted carpet cleaning services. I highly recommend these guys!

We had a couple of rooms in a condo that we needed to be cleaned. Dave arrived a few minutes early, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. HE explained the cleaning process, which is environmentally the best known methods to cleaning carpet. Dave was genuine, efficient, and made our carpet look like new. I had All Star Carpet Cleaning from the Everett and Snohomish area clean all my carpets in the whole house and we were amazed at how clean they came out. We have pets and he worked extra hard at getting the spots outs. Michael Murray went over and beyond what we expected The carpets seem new after they were cleaned. I will definitely have this company come back in the future.

I was going for a bargain but you get what you pay for. The man who came out tried to upsell and talk me into power cleaning instead of steam cleaning. Our carpet was in good shape and I did not want harsh power scrubbers. We had 5 rooms and stairs done, He was reluctant to pre-treat and was done in just over an hour. No furniture protectors were used because he didnt get close to areas where there were end tables or chairs. He missed stains which I then got out with my Little Green Bissell spot machine. The last time we had carpets cleaned, the man spent over 2 hrs on them. I would not

I have used All Star Carpet Cleaning 7 or 8 times now to clean my entire house, or just one or two rooms over the past few years. Dave and Jed are personable, prompt and extremely friendly. Always on time and very thorough.
Depending on who comes, they always evaluate and let us know up front the needs to do the job correctly.

We had paid for 3 areas of carpet to be cleaned, deodorized, and spots removed. We had already removed any spots so just needed the cleaning. We were asked to pay an additional $100 to "remove spots and the traffic path in the hall." Yes, there was some dirt, but that was the point of having the carpets cleaned. Purchased a "deal" offered on another website for 3 rooms of carpet cleaning for $89, including "cleaning, deodorizing, sanitizing, spot removal, application of protectant" . . .Once at the house, they claimed the "deal" only included steam cleaning and not any soap, cleaner, additives, or "protectant" (as promised in the text of the deal). How does one deodorize, remove spots, and apply protectant without using cleaner or some other additive (for which they charged extra)? That's assuming generously that "cleaning" and "sanititzing"

We bought a foreclosed house that had been vacant for two years -- except squatters. In the meantime the squatters had tracked mud, leaves and all kinds of other stuff onto the carpet throughout the house. We didn't have much hope many of the rooms could be salvaged but wanted it cleaned in the meantime to see what could be saved and make sanitary in the meantime. Absolutely EXCELLENT service! Jeb called me 1/2 hour before and came right on time. He walked through and evaluated the carpets and gave me the options. Was not pushy at all and really listened to my thoughts. He explained the process and did an excellent job with the carpets. Because he owns the company, he was very adamant that I am happy with how the carpets turn out. They have a satisfaction guarantee and will come back to clean again if I'm not happy. I needed an area rug cleaned and another company quoted $500 for the job. All Star came out for $125 and did a wonderful job. Another friend just used them for her whole house 2600 sf and I was super surprised when they did not try to ask for more money (she had a angies list coupon she bought). He did a wonderful job on her home for the quoted price and she is very pleased. They have a super high rating on Angies list so I am not sure why the bad experiences here, but I guess you can't make everyone happy.

I called All Star based on their review elsewhere (which was all A's) to clean the house I have just bought. They were helpful and courteous from the moment I rang to see about having them clean my carpets. It was easy to schedule a convenient time. He arrive promptly as expected. He walked me through the house before I had to commit telling me which stain were likely to come up and which were not. Despite having a large area 2500sqft across 8 rooms he did not rush, got many of the stains out he thought might not come out. Great service, great price, will definitely use them to clean

Terrible. Who ever wrote the last rating of good must have been lucky because I agree with the terrible one. The guy who is the owner was rude when I didn't want to upgrade my service to remove stains that many others have tried to remove and couldn't. The work was the worst I've ever had. It wasnt worth the money at all. Find someone else.

Don't waste your time! The add on their website says 2 rooms, up to 400 square for $60. The guy showed up and tried to tell me that my two rooms were more than 400 square feet and would require $30 more. Then he tried to up sell me (my husband called it the bait and switch) with enzymes and power scrubbing. The final estimate was close to $400. Be prepared for a bunch of BS about "all of the extra stuff" on your carpet. Yes, we have a dirty carpet - it is why we wanted it cleaned.
