We are very impressed on how great our carpets look! We get a lot of foot traffic and our lobby carpets needed some thorough cleaning. We hired Simple Steam to clean some tough stains and they look brand new. They were responsive, professional and we're here on time. Mikao was incredible - he arrived on time, finished earlier than anticipated, and the carpets look fantastic. While he was at the house he was polite, professional and incredibly courteous. I'll never look elsewhere for carpet cleaning as long as he is on staff at Simple Steam.

I generally don't pay much attention to FB ads but for some reason I decided to give it a shot when I saw Simple Steam ad. Reviews looked genuine. Sent a query to Mikao online and he was very prompt in responding with a quote. Was easy to fix appointment and I got regular updates, he arrived on time. When he finished the work, we were thoroughly impressed with how he brought life back to 8 year old carpet.
