We used Mrs. Clean for the first time. We live in a 1500 sq ft townhome with minimal surfaces to clean. 3 cleaners came. They worked less than 2 hours and the service cost us $230. We keep a clean home so this was not a hard job. Some of the work was fine. But overall, it was very disappointing. There is nothing more disappointing than paying that amount of money for a home to find the white counters still have a black ring on the counter from the morning's coffee cup or fingerprints left by kids from the day before. Wow my house has never been this clean. I am impressed!! I had the same service for ten years and they kept raising their prices so I called Mrs. Clean and now I wish I had done this sooner. Not only were they priced less than my other service but they did a better job. My counters are sparkling and my floors have never looked like this. With animals and kids my house gets pretty grungy but when Mrs. Clean comes my house is transformed. AAAAAA+++++++++ GREAT job!!! We are very happy customers!!!

I don't know what these other two are talking about, I've had nothing but positive experiences with this company. The first time they came I was here and they helped me organize my space. They did a great job.
The second time I had given them a 1 hour time limit and was a bit concerned at the job done. I emailed and they told me that they respected the time limit I had imposed and had to make calls on the most important parts to clean. Dismal service + high price points.
If you don't mind half-hearted, feather-light housecleaning at entry-level brain surgery prices, by all means give those people a call.
I understand that the whole industry is saddled with high turnover and that the employees only get a fraction of the bill for their work, but Mrs. Clean pushed the envelope of mediocrity to very distant shorelines.
I had to clean after them and remind them of basic sanitary rules when bringing in dirty vacuum-cleaner attachments and soiled rags.
It also occurred to me that at that price, I could have sacrificed one weekend

I fully recommend Mrs. Clean for anyone wanting the joy of coming home to a thoroughly cleaned house. We haven’t had time to clean ourselves as we’re in the middle of renovations, and Mrs. Clean’s crew has certainly relieved us of that stress. I appreciate the attention to detail and find myself wowed by how clean the nooks and crannies are. Mrs Clean sent three girls for our move-out cleaning. Since it was a move-out cleaning, a lot needed to be done, and they had done a good job in the limited time. Our gas range and range hood were completely missed, though - we cooked a lot so it was unacceptable that after the 4-hour session to still have an oily range and range hood.
We called and told them about the missed range / hood. They took the responsibility and came back the very next day, at no additional charge, and treated the range and hood spotlessly clean.
