I was very disappointed with their service. I moved furniture and took time off to get my carpet cleaned for the holidays and I didn't get it done because they didn't have enough hose to reach my first floor apartment and their prices are high. I only used them because they came recommended on Seattle Refined on TV. Seattle has lots of apartments, why not send someone out to assess the job and the distance from truck to apartment so my time isn't wasted. And they offered spraying the most affected areas and I vacuum myself 6 hours later and they wanted to charge me the same price

Don did a terrific job. He explained the multi-step cleaning process and offered some additional services for pet accidents. Our 15-year old carpet is like new. I will definately have them come back every couple of years now.

I have carpet stains in 3 places, and when ZeroRez left, I still have the same stains. $200 for nothing. I said in an email not first thing in the morning, they were there just after 8 am. Customer service then lied to me about not showing up early, but I have proof in an email which proves Ana at ZeroRez is a liar. This business is rude, crude, and unacceptable.

**As a follow up however - I was charged more than was shown to me at the time of service...I didn't realize this until my credit card bill came a month later. Make sure to check the invoice they send as a follow up. I'm not too pleased with this.

I had not cleaned my large area rug for 12 years. They took it away and brought it back smelling and looking like new. The men who came for the rug and returned it to me were careful of my furnishings, conscientious, and helpful. I highly recommend this company for your carpet and rug cleaning. I was moving from Bellevue to Kirkland, and unfortunately the original sellers wore shoes in the house and tracked dirt and debris for 9 years while they were owners. I wish Americans would stop doing this!
Anyways, I contacted ZeroRez to clean 3 carpeted bedrooms, 300 Sq ft of travertine tile, 2 hallways, and fair amount of natural hardwood.
Note: they tell you fairly large windows of arrival time (like 10am - 3pm), since they are located in South King County, so if you live North Eastside, it can take awhile and they are also optimizing routes. Just be aware of this logistical item. Front office

I haven't had my carpets cleaned in a couple of years, and I have a couple of cats and a 7 year old, so it was time. I made the appointment online. Their arrival window was a little wider than I would have liked (between 8 am and 1 pm) but the technician called and let me know when he would arrive (just after 9).

I hired them for both duct cleaning and cleaning of 3 couches. They were fast, efficient, and thorough with their work while observing covid safety policies. The team wore masks for the duration of the job and had covers for their shoes. Lastly, they charged me the price that they originally quoted me so there were no surprises.

First time using Zerorez and I was impressed with how they cleaned our carpets without the soapy chemical smells. We have cats that have left vomit stains through the house, and they were able to take care of it all in about 90 minutes. They even got out a stain that a previous company couldn't several years ago, which I thought was impressive. The water seemed to bunch up our carpets in several places, but the technician said it would level back down once it dried, which it did. It took a bit of effort to initially make the appointment as I had to leave several messages, but I am happy
