Jason and his coworker were on time, professional and courteous. We had a leak behind the wall in our shower, and the tile wall had to be broken to get in to repair it. Our next step, once everything is dried out, is re-tiling. Jason had suggestions for a water remediation specialist and a tile guy, so that was helpful. This was/is a very expensive situation, but at least we feel we got quality work from a professional company.

Folks, they are seriously 24/7! After trying to unstop a toilet for an entire day, I woke up at 4am trying to determine what I could do to get it unstopped. After seeing several other online positive reviews, I called and Brittany answered about 5am. She was very sweet. She scheduled Zach to come between 8-10. I received a text message that he was on the way about 8:30am. He is the nicest guy. He is very thorough and you can tell he really knows everything there is to know about plumbing. I highly recommend Seriously 24/7.

I am very satisfied with the work Dan and his crew did for me. I needed four sinks/faucets installed, new garbage disposal, and a couple of other small items done for my new home. After being pushed off, canceled at the last minute, and dealing with rude comments from Summers(which I was actually shocked in), I finally dropped them and decided to reach out to Seriously 24-7. Dan did not complain, made way to get the job done, and completed what they came to do in one sitting. Their prices were what I was expecting after market research. I will definitely use them again.

These guys really put in the work to get me all set up. Called and had someone on scene ready to go in less than 3 hours. What I thought would be a small repair turned in to small project. As a new home owner and a young guy it feels daunting having your first major issue that you can't handle on your own and I'm glad to have had these fine fellows backing me up.

They were very responsive to my request. I didn't give them a good value because when I inquired about the visit they were going to charge me $99 for the visit and assessment. Which was the highest of the company's I spoke with. They wouldn't give me that $99 dollar credit if I selected them to do the work. However the other 2 companies I contacted would give me the assessment cost credit if I chose them.
I didn't choose them to perform the work so I cannot speak to their quality.

This company's customer service is very good. It would be difficult to find any better! Everything was A1. I would give them 10 stars if that was available. Definitely call them if you need any plumbing done!

My experience today with Seriously 24-7 was absolutely fantastic. Dan was helpful, very knowledgeable, and friendly. He worked quickly and did a great job at removing and installing a new water heater. The price was very reasonable. I was glad with quick timing and communication regarding how soon tech would arrive etc. however: I told them over the phone that my home was Red Tagged by Gas company (shut off) ...I said I need someone to figure problem out tonight hopefully -receptionist is polite and says that they can come out and assess the issue and determine where leak is tonight-and fix issue tonight as long as no foundational digging is needed...there is a $139 fee for coming and figuring out your situation. I say ok great and set apt. The tech arrives (but salesman is better description) and he comes in, asks where leak

These guys are very professional. I have a duplex property and needed some fast repairs done. Kody worked fast to schedule me in and the work was completed on time and turned out great. They installed a new kitchen faucet and unclogged the bathroom faucet in one unit in less than an hour. I will have them back to do more work and I am glad I found a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company to do business with.

This company is extremely professional, affordable, and efficient. From Kodi at the office to Antonio and David on the field, they were extremely responsive. They also practiced excellent COVID safety precautions including masks and social distancing and ensuring all their technicians are tested. I appreciate they took time to unclog our kitchen line, explain what can be bad for garbage disposals, and also went above and beyond in answering questions I had about our homes sub-pump/watercut off. I liked that I wasn't spoken down to as a women (as some repair folks do) and felt safe with the team.
I had a friendly booking experience with Angie. Seriously 24/7 were here and completed service promptly, were respectful of my home, and cleaned thier work area.

Dan came out the next morning to diagnose the leak in my front yard. He was very professional, nice, and good at communicating the issues. They ended up not doing the repair because the problem was with the irrigation system. I would use them in a heart beat next time I need plumbing work done! Highly recommend.

Around 10:30pm on the Thursday night before memorial day weekend my plumbing backed up. After searching on Yelp, I picked Seriously 24/7 because of the star rating, the reviews and they were a local business and I wanted to support local businesses. I actually live less than 20 minutes away. I called thinking I would leave a message and I would get a return call the next morning. It was surprising to have someone answer the phone so late, but then their name is 24/7. They offered to send someone out that night, but the normal $89 service charge would be $139, so I elected to wait since I was

Super super helpful! I had a kitchen sink that would not drain and if you haven't realized how much you use your kitchen sink, try not using it for dinner prep and clean up and then you'll have a whole new appreciation for your sink like I do.
I messaged out for emergency service plumbing and they were here and fixed the issue within in 2 hours!
I felt safe when they were in my house, which might seem like an odd piece to review, but as a woman I find that to be extremely important when someone has to come in your house. I did have my two dogs in a room though barking the whole time

We had a emergency situation at the house, backed up drain in the basement with flooding. Seriously 24-7 was the first people we contacted. They were very quick to get to the house, around 90 minutes. Great response time. The technician was very friendly and explained everything that we needed to know.

I had a toilet backed up and called after 6pm. The phone was answered by someone from the company not an answering service. Jason the owner arrived shortly after 7 as promised. Explained all the possible options listened to my concerns and unique circumstances.
Gave me options and finished all the work same night. It is so refreshing to work with a local company who provides great service. I will use them in the future.
