Thomas was the technician who arrived on time to work on my sump pump. Thomas was super friendly, courteous and explained in detail the work he was going to perform. Gunner, the tech that serviced our furnace was great! He was polite, thorough, and helpful answering all of our questions. He took time to solve our humidifier issues which we really appreciate! Not only did Chapman get to our house quickly, they called once there and provided advice and options about the needed repair. Chuck, the service tech went to an Ace Hardware nearby to pick up a couple of bolts needed to secure a unique toilet, but he also checked one caulk and sanded grout options to better secure the base. The communication was great and the job got done in time for us to close the sale of the house. They worked us into their schedule and helped us get an important sale closed. Terrific service!

Fernando and the rest of the folks at Chapman were extremely professional and efficient. My house is a 150 year old Italianate with more than 3000 sq. ft. They installed a new furnace and AC in one day and it took all day because the job was so big. The end result looks a lot better than what was in the house before. They were very courteous and knowledgeable; answering all of my questions. I highly recommend Chapman.

Had Chapman plumbing fix a toilet they had installed that developed a small leak at the base. Amy took my call last week and offered to have someone come out immediately that day!!!! Since a small leak, as scheduled for today. Gage came out and was extremely nice, wanted to fully understand the issue and fixed it at no cost!!! They honored their work and product. From the office staff to the technicians, they are always so nice and helpful.

I sooooooooo wish i could make this a no star review. we had chapman install our payne ac unit and compressor in 2018.
the install not only took 13 hours the first day the service manager **chris had to come out the second day to fix something i made sure they we're 100% aware of before they started and did incorrectly. well we are now a year and a half out from install and outside our "service" warrenty still having the same problem and looking at paying for labor that should have been fixed previously. the home is a 1600 sq foot home yet the ac cannot get the house below

Chapman has serviced my company and residential homes and never had an issue. It is nice to have a down to earth tech show up that you can trust. So many places take advantage of the fact that people do not know HVAC systems and get raked over the coals. You never get that feeling from them. I had three companies come out and they all told me I needed to add another system to my house. Called Chapman and they said you just need to divert the heat or AC to where it is beneficial. I recently signed up with an annual hvac and plumbing service agreement with Chapman. We installed a new hvac unit a few years back and it started making a high pitched whining noise. The company we purchased the unit through ultimately lost our confidence by lack of knowledge and difficulty scheduling service.
Chapman sent a service tech who immediately heard the noise and knew what it was, since has come back and replaced the part.
My experience with Chapman has been excellent. From scheduling to communication to tech being professional. I Highly recommend this company.

Over the last few months, my furnace has become an ongoing saga. While it's only 5-6 years old, the simple truth is it's had more than a few issues. While I believed that I had the issues resolved when the blower motor was replaced a couple months ago, I continued to have issues with a fan that simply wouldn't turn off and was massively driving up my utility bills.

My air conditioning went out recently. Technician showed up, and told me I probably had a pretty major leak. He then tells me it's $180 a pound to refill my R22 (refrigerant) and I was almost 4 pounds low. Luckily my Neigbor had just had their ac filled at $90 a pound. I called their company to get a second opinion. Turns out my ac was only a pound low. It cost me less for them to come out and fill my ac than what I would have paid for one pound of refrigerant from this company. Remember he was trying to sell me 4 pounds at $180 per pound. Would have cost me over $800 for that one

I hired them in Jan 2016 to fix broke furnace. This cost over $450. Broke again beginning of Sept. (only worked about 6 weeks after repair) I went online to set up a repair service. Online I was given the option of when I would like a call -morning -afternoon- or evening. I chose eve because I was at work. As soon as I sent request they called me 9am...scheduled them to come out next day between 2-5. I was at work and had to have someone go to my house to be there. of course they showed up over an hour early told me my scheduled apt was 1-4.. . Fixed again for over $400. worked 3 days

I have been using Chapman for the last 4 years on my personal homes and several rental properties. They have installed 4 ac units for me in that time. Every time I call they come out same or next day, once on a Saturday they came within 3 hours! Estimates are always clearly presented to me, even with a variety of options. The service techs are always timely, presentable, and polite. I always feel I am getting the best deal and good value. I've used other companies at my place of business due to contracts and would prefer to use Chapman!! Give them a try!

I want to say a huge thank you to this wonderful company who recently installed a new a/c unit for me during one of the first hot spells this year. Not only were they reasonable with their pricing, they also were extremely professional! The person who is charge of scheduling and runs the front office was so incredibly understanding and I felt like I was attended to in a very efficient and thoughtful way!
