To start, Ashlyn (so sorry if that's spelled wrong) who answered the phone was lovely! She has great customer service skills! First impressions are vital in determining whether I do business with a company. Then, John came out and did an estimate for plumbing in my crawl space. He was early, very nice and personable and explained what was needed. I will be having them do the repairs.

Dustin was incredible! We had 6 visits from another plumbing company (over the course of 3 weeks) who couldn't identify the issue completely. Dustin fixed our clog and then diagnosed and fixed our broken sewer line within a matter of days for a fraction of what the other company wanted to charge us. He's such an honest, personable, and kind man to work with. We would definitely recommend to anyone!

I reached out to Steven to have him come to my house because I had no water going to my bathrooms. They didn’t have availability until the next day but when I told him what was happening he agreed to come the same day. He was extremely professional and knew exactly what was going on and what needed to be done to fix it. I can’t praise them (Ashlynn and Steven) enough on how professional they were. Ricky was absolutely amazing! I was running late due to traffic and I figured I would have a "sorry we missed you" note taped to my door. What a wonderful surprise awaited me when I pulled up and there was Ricky waiting patiently. Great client service like this should be on the endangered species list.

I set up an appointment for Plumb Doctor to connect my new kitchen sink to the existing garbage disposal. They instructed me to go to Lowe's and ask for a sink disposal unit.
When Plumb Doctor showed up, the part was not correct. They then charged me an additional $50 for the needed part (which I found out costs about $20 at Lowe's).
If a business is going to be incorrect instructions, they should not pass along a surcharge to the client. The communication failure is because of incomplete instructions by Plumb Doctor.
All-in-all, $350 for a kitchen drain to be installed, but beware

Had a shower valve and fixture replaced in a tight tiled space. He also replaced laundry fixtures, and my outdoor spigot. John was very professional and on time. If you need good work done big or small at an affordable price, call the Plumb Doctor. I will keep his card on my fridge for any future work.
