I always like to observe the work and not all services are ok with that, but Dillion had no problem with that and we had a nice conversation too. Found this plumber on the Nextdoor app and definitely happy with my experience so far. After 2 scheduled visits it was determined that our fairly new hot water heater had a manufacturer defect. The very professional and friendly plumbers guided me through the process of getting a return authorization and we are getting a replacement hot water heater Tuesday morning. I never knew a plumbing experience could be this great and would definitely recommend Plumb On.

He assured me that he could complete the repairs and gave me an estimated time to complete each job. He also quoted me the price to complete the work prior to beginning. Corey installed a perimeter drain, sump pit, and sump pump in our basement. He did a really great job and did not up-sell us like other companies tried to do. We have already had a decent amount of rain following the work, and our basement has been drier than ever!

My shop sink was clogged with lots of debris, both old and new from my floral design messes and Corey fixed it in no time! He even had the handy part to put a filter int he drain to catch the junk that I inevitably put in it. Great family, great employees, and great service!

I recently moved into a house that had multiple long standing plumbing issues. I contacted Plumb On and Corey arrived on time. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and professional! My water heater stopped heating and I called a couple of Indy-based companies to try and figure out what was wrong. First company made a quick assessment and said we should replace at least the heating elements and maybe the thermostat too, just to be safe; this would have been $500-800. I reached out to Plumb On to get me a second quote since that first one felt high.
Corey came out and spent 45 minutes or so thoroughly diagnosing the problem. It turns out that none

I was lucky enough to be recommended Plumb On by a neighbor through our neighborhood FB group. I had just moved into my house and needed a garbage disposal and dishwasher installed. I had done some shopping around and was shocked at what some of the big plumbing outfits around were going to charge me.
