The easiest part of any business is answering the mail. I’m searching for a company to fence my 3 acres and no response from Up-Rite in over a week. Maybe a job this large is out of their scope, but basic customer service standards dictate that you communicate. If you can’t do the basics how you can you be trusted to perform more difficult tasks?

Don't know about their work, but one thing for sure is that they are very arrogant! They told me they were so busy and their schedule is all booked for several months from now and they don't need any more jobs! No apology that they can't help us at this time or whether we can wait for them to come, simply 'we are not going to do your job!' Good for them! Don't know why they still need to have a website to say contact them.
