Services
Having witnessed and experienced bad safety habits and empty client relationships with past employers, Rick Faber wanted to create a construction company that placed the wellbeing of employees first and focused on the future of clients businesses. He believed in looking at the big picture of a client's business, how to prevent a business from becoming bottlenecked because of bad design choices and bad locations.

We contracted Faber to add a second floor to our 6000 square foot warehouse is Sumas in September of 2018. Living in the Pacific Northwest, I was naturally concerned about rain if we are removing the roof. I asked “how was the building going to be kept dry?” I was assured that they were professionals and knew what they were doing.
It was less than a week after the roof came off, and we had a short rainfall. All the insulation in the open ceiling was soaked. It wasn't good but I had hoped this wouldn't happen again. Their plan was to cover the entire 6000 sq ft roof with a single tarp. They

Lately I've been hearing alot of complaints about this company and they are the following:
Various subcontractors in whatcom county refuse to work for them because they are so hard to get paid from. They will agree to a payment schedule and after weeks of man hours and overhead not to mention the bills that every company has to pay , something ALWAYS comes up and they just aren't able to pay right now and promise they will have it soon...
What ever happened to the days when a person's word meant something. This kind of business is discusting and hurts families.
Another thing I've heard is their
