The budget is taken very seriously to meet your needs. We have had the opportunity to build custom homes at Lopez Island, Port Hadlock, Queen Anne, Madison Park, Mercer Island, and Edmonds. Our home built on Queen Anne received 1 AIA award, and 1 North West Pacific Award. The owners of the Company are Rob Gebhardt, and wife Shirley. Rob works as the General Contractor on the job site along with our subcontractors from the start to the finish of your home. Shirley is the office manager.

We worked with RMG Construction for our own home where we undertook a major remodel on Queen Anne Hill. I had worked with them before on another project on Mercer Island so I knew Rob and his workers were very skilled and capable. Our project was completed on time and on budget, the quality speaks for itself twelve years later (2003).
