Arthur Pottle with sons Harvey and Roy founded Pottle & Sons Construction in 1957; starting with small residential remodels and graduating to new home construction. At some point a backhoe made sense and the site-work branch of the company was born. Over the years we evolved into a full service general contractor serving public and private clients throughout the Pacific Northwest.
We are a full-service general contractor. A full-service general contractor offers help from start to finish providing professional insight to all parts of the building process, from pre-construction through post-construction. We use our experience, knowledge and connections to help navigate our client's projects.
Wade has worked a lifetime at Pottle & Sons, starting as a laborer and carpenter during high school summer. Mark grew up in construction, as a teen working summers for Pottle & Sons and coming back full time. Learning the civil side of the industry after finishing high school, Debbi worked as a flagger and laborer for over.
Dating back over 5 decades we are the longest ongoing team sponsor of Bellingham's Slo-Pitch Association, Whatcom County's premier softball league. Pottle's team has seen a number of different players over the years, but the energy and drive to succeed are still strong. In 2007 the Ferndale Boys & Girls club was lost to a New Year's Day fire.
