Last year my wife and I were coordinating a roofing job for my 90 year old grandfather. They came out, gave us a fair quote and reasonable timeline to come and re-roof the house. Tip Top came in and finished the job in a day and did a great job. They even re-structured a sag in the roof. The communication between us and my grandfather was fantastic.
We always knew what was going on and what was happening every step of the way. I would highly recommend Tip Top to anyone considering a new roof. They are quick, fair and efficient. When our roof needed to be repaired, it was important that we find a local company with an exemplary reputation who would stand behind their work.
Tip Top Roofing provided the professional service we were looking for, excellent clean up, and a fair price! We have recommend Tip Top to our neighbors and friends and will continue to do so. Thank you, Tip Top! Tip Top Roofing did a thoroughly professional job in repairing my roof and redirecting my gutters and downspouts.

Services
In 1999, Tip Top Roofing consisted of one experienced roofer, a second-hand truck, and two jobs. Today Tip Top has a host of experienced roofers, nine trucks and over 2000 satisfied customers. We specialize in new construction, tear-offs, re-roofs, flat roofs, roof repairs and maintenance. We use only those materials considered to be the best available in the industry.
Underlayment provides a vapor barrier between the roof deck and the shingles, and is a secondary waterproofing element of the roof, and prevents the wood deck from leaching oils from the asphalt shingles. If a roof has more than one layer of roofing, the roof should be torn off. In most cases this is a code requirement.
Just a note to say that Tip Top Roofing is top notch. I had 5 roofers out to look at my roof replacement and you were the only ones that actually surveyed my needs and told me what I needed. The installation went very smooth as the roofers did a magnificent job of taking off 2 layers of old shingles and installing the new Premium Owens Corning shingles in just 2 days.
