I heartily commend Theisen Roofing for my roof and partial siding replacement. With the pandemic, and the supply chain delays, it was a full year from estimate to completion, but Eric paid attention to my specific requests and carried them out flawlessly. My old roof was a bit troublesome (two layers) but the crew tackled it with impressive skill and professionalism, and I'm very pleased with the results.

Theisen performed some aluminum work around some windows at my house. Eric provided me with a quote in a timely manner. There was a minor issue with some of the windows and they came back immediately to fix them to my satisfaction.. I would highly recommend this company for any roofing or siding work.

We had to have leaf gutters installed because of the maple trees around us.
Eric came out gave us an estimate, when the job would be scheduled, and the amount of time the install would take. Everything was installed in a professional way and we are very pleased with the work. Would highly recommend this company.

Eric Theisen was prompt to respond to hail damage that required my roof and skylights and gutter system be replaced. His estimate was very competitive and the work was done expertly with courteous and professional workers on site. They seemed meticulous trying to clean up the site after every work day.

The owner came out to check what was causing a drip sound in the furnace room after raining. He went into the attic to check vent connections and on the roof where he found loose shingles and a broken flap on the dryer vent. We were expecting rain in two days so he had a crew out the next day. No more drip sounds. Service couldn't have been better. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend them.

I had a small job, front porch repair and minimal gutter replacement. They visited our home several times to make sure that the match would be perfect, and it is! I am so thankful to Theisen Roofing and Siding Company! Their work is top notch, it did take a little while for us to get things rolling but I'm sure that my little job wasn't their only. I really felt that the delay was in getting it right. I am very pleased with the final results and by the way they left the landscaping, you'd never know that they had ever been here. Reasonable pricing, friendly staff, hard working

I contacted Theisen to repair some wind damage to my home that ripped off some of the facia trim. It was a small job and could have been done in 15 min or so.
Theisen was great to work with to get a quote, but he never came out to my home to do the repair. I called the office a few times and was told every time that they would be scheduling me the following week and would be calling before hand. Well I never got a call, never got the repair. Sorry Theisen, but responsiveness, and follow through is huge to me regarding the upkeep of my home.
