We are a residential building corporation who has been in business since 1976. We primarily serve as the general contractor in the construction of new custom homes as well as additions and renovations to existing homes in Burlington and surrounding counties in New Jersey. This two story home was recently completed on a 7 acre plot that was sub-divided off of a family farm.
The home has a large octagonal front porch and a combination of veneer stone and vinyl cedar shake siding on the exterior. The interior has 4 bedrooms with a master suite on the first floor. The home has a full basement which can be finished in the future. Each custom home project presents unique circumstances.
Our ultimate goal is to construct a high quality home that will meet the owners specific needs. It is our responsibility to draw on our 30 plus years of experience to ask the appropriate questions. We are a small construction company who builds custom homes, additions and performs interior and exterior renovations in the southern New Jersey area. I had my basement remodeled by Sweeney Construction last year. The basement turned out really well. Recently I had a problem with our boiler and called Tim Sweeney for the name of the boiler company, so I could contact them for service. Tim not only provided the information promptly but he also emailed the company, copying me, asking them to respond quickly to me. Harker Heating and Cooling called quickly, had a service tech arrive promptly, and resolved the problem quickly. I really appreciate Tim's willingness to help me out even after the project had been completed.
